"Karina, I don't know you that well but I'm trusting that you won't fuck this up. Don't let me down" Minho spoke, unlocking his front door as he opened it for her
"I won't, I promise. I just...he just needs to know something" Karina spoke, taking a deep breath as she walked in
"His is my room with Jisung. Jisung and I will be in the lounge if anything happens" Minho said, holding onto the bedroom door's handle
Karina took in a deep breath as Minho slowly opened the door, revealing Felix laying under his covers and Jisung sitting beside him
"Why is she here?" Jisung mouthed at Minho, pointing at the timid lady
"I'll explain, let's give them some privacy" Minho muttered, slightly nudging Karina forward
Jisung sighed and kissed the side of Felix's head, looking back at Minho as they walked hand in hand out of the room
Karina shuddered at he she heard the door shut behind her, letting out a breath she didn't know she was holding
She took some time examining the room, finding a half empty box of tissues on the nightstand, only making her frown even more
"Who are you?" Felix asked, not moving from his position at all
Karina jumped a bit at how deep and raspy the male's voice was
She cleared her dry throat and took a step forward
"It's...uh...Karina" she replied, taking another step forward
"Why are you here? Shouldn't you be with Hyunjin?" He asked again, a tear rolling down tbe side of his face
"I was with him but I felt the need to come here...to you" She replied, standing awkwardly behind Felix
"And why would you do that?"
Karina walked closer to Felix, eventually sitting down on the edge of his bed as she sighed and fiddled with her fingers
"I think I might just break up with Hyunjin"
Felix was caught by surprise, rolling around in his bed as he looked at Karina with teary eyes
"What?"
Karina looked Felix in the eyes, somehow feeling sympathy for the poor boy
"I overheard what Minho said to Hyunjin, what Hyunjin did and said to you, and how you reacted. I'm so sorry Felix" She spoke
Felix was in pure disbelief. He thought that maybe Karina had it out for him. Maybe she had been the one at fault
It only made him envy her even more. Not only was she as beautiful as a goddess, but as kind as a saint
"Why...why are you—"
"I owe you an apology" Karina spoke, cutting Felix's words short
"I used to get annoyed by the mention of your name or even you. Whenever Hyunjin would speak of you, I'd react in a way that showed hatred towards you
The tattoo...on your chest. Hyunjin has a matching one with you. I asked him about it and when he told me the other half was on your chest, I convinced him to get another one to cover it up
Minho let me know the meaning behind it and I'm so sorry I even suggested covering it up, I fucked up bad. Thankfully he didn't go through with it and I won't let him
I guess...I guess I was just jealous. For someone so humble, you're so loved by everyone in this damn hell hole. Everyone here knows you for how sweet you are
