Julia climbs out the car and into the Boarding House with Kol, Damian by her feet "Mum? Daddy? Jason?" she calls. "Sissy!" Jason exclaims running over. "Hey Buddy, you miss me?" Julia asks, picking him up. "Ya!" Jason nods. "I missed you too." Julia smiles, kissing Jason repeatedly on the cheek. "Sissy!" he giggles, Damon and Andi walking in. "You have fun Little One?" Damon asks, hugging his daughter. "Loads." Julia nods, hugging him back before hugging her mum. "I better go see my siblings. I'll see you later Darling." Kol says, kissing Julia before leaving. "Okay, tell us all about your holiday." Andi smiles, taking Julia's hand and dragging her over to the sofa. Julia laughs "Okay, I will." she agrees, sitting down with Jason on her lap.

Julia walks downstairs and grabs her bag, going to leave "You leaving without breakfast and without saying goodbye?" Damon asks. "I wanted to leave before mum makes a big deal out of this." Julia counters. "So, yes." Damon says. "Daddy, please let me go?" Julia asks. "Too late." Dam9n says as Andi walks in holding Jason. "There she is! Last first day of High School!" Andi smiles. "Mum, it's not a big deal." Julia groans. "Yes it is. Now, come on." Andi retorts, dragging Julia to the kitchen. Julia looks at her dad "I blame you." she mouths making Damon chuckle slightly as he follows. Andi sits Julia at the breakfast bar in the kitchen "Okay, pancakes or waffles? What do you thing Jason?" she asks. "Waff!" Jason shouts. "Waffles it is." Andi nods. "Mum, please can I go? I don't want a big fuss." Julia tells her. "Tough, you're getting waffles whether you like it or not." Andi responds, mixing the batter. "You're not going to win on this Little One." Damon tells his daughter. Julia groans and puts her head on the table "Fine, but no big deal later. I just want to get this over with." she concedes.
After eating Julia walks out and climbs in her new car, that Damon and Andi got her for her for her birthday, and drives to the school. Arriving at the school Julia walk over to Kol and Rebekah "I thought you were meeting us earlier?" Rebekah asks. "I was but Mum decided to make a big thing of today and made breakfast." Julia responds. "Why don't you want a big deal made of today?" Kol asks her, kissing her head. "Every time we make a big deal of something to do with school it blows up in our face." Julia points out. "That is a good point." Rebekah nods. "Yeah, every school dance goes wrong." Kol agrees. "Exactly, I just want to try and have a normal school year." Julia sighs. "To trying to have a normal school year." Rebekah smiles, leading them into school.
