Yasin in The MM.

Tamia Ford
Ten minutes later

"I don't know what the hell kind of war you all have going on out here—"

"—but I told y'all not to bring that shit to my damn house!" Ms. Davis yelled with tears in her eyes as she screamed at all of the guys, all of Yasin's friends, as they now stood in her house like idiots.

They were all trying to explain why it happened and why it went down and they only excuse was there's a war happening between them and a group of other guys from a few blocks over.

She was chewing them all a new ass, all while them including my brother leaned up against the wall nonchalantly, just like Yasin always does.

All of these guys are idiots. I couldn't help but to think.

A woman's home had just gotten shot up with all of us in it and they were pretending as if this was just normal. As if it was just something that happens on a daily basis.

"So dumb." I couldn't help but to scoff as I wiped tears from my eyes, sitting directly beside Nae Nae who was crying as well.

"Y'all have people shooting up my home! The place, my daughters and I sleep at night!"

"Are yall crazy?" Ms. Davis went on, not letting up on them at all. Though they were being nonchalant and pretending not to hear her, she was still speaking her mind.

"Fifty years living here and I've never had anything like this happen to me."

"This is all y'all's fault!" She screamed loudly as she looked at round at them all, putting eyes on them all as they all stood there guiltily.

As if they were innocent though.

Apparently, they had some type of war going on and that war included shooting up other people houses. No one off limits, not family, not children, not women, nothing. All over some old beef and streets that did not own.

It was just all so stupid to me.

And I now knew this is what Yasin had been doing on his time when he was wasn't home with me.

Wreaking havoc, having wars and destroying families in a hood that he didn't even live in.

"Where the hell is Yasin?!" She then screamed, breaking me away from my thoughts as Yessenia came walking through the door.

She couldn't help but to shake her head before looking directly at me.

"He's coming down the block now, mama." Was all she said as Nae Nae laid her head against my shoulder with her thumb in her mouth now and I just sat there nervous and shaken up from everything that'd just happened.

Plus everything that was about to happen once Yasin saw me sitting in this house and not with the women from our neighborhood like I told him I would be last night.
