Introduction: Hello! I'm Astrid, a reader and writer with an unhealthy obsession with books. I'm a perfectionist but also a chronic procrastinator (go figure). I have been writing reviews for a long time now so I consider myself fit to help you.
Genres I Prefer To Review: I am open to any genre (except the ones stated under this) but I am more comfortable with Romance, YA/NA and Fantasy. LGBTQ+ and Mature are allowed. However, I will not read smut with no plot.
Least preferred Genre: Fanfiction, Horror, Poetry and Werewolf
My Review Style: My reviews convey the following topics: Title, cover, blurb, plot, descriptions, characterisation, writing. I do not sugarcoat, but I am not a harsh critic and I'll be as objective as I can. I will point out what I think can be better and I will give advice as well as examples on how to improve. Please note I will focus on what I think you can improve and may not mention the positives as much.
Estimated Time Taken For A Review: Usually, I will take 1 week, but if I have a long queue I may take longer. Feel free to reach out if it's been too long.
My Special Conditions: By default, I read 5 chapters, but you can request up to 20. I only do full book reviews for short stories.
Payment: Package A (5 chapters) - A permanent follow - Read 2 chapters of any of my books and leave 5+ inline, quality comments
Package B (6-10 chapters) - A permanent follow - Read 5 chapters of any of my books and leave 3+ inline, quality comments per chapter
Package C (11-15 chapters) - A permanent follow - Read 10 chapters of any of my books and leave 3+ inline, quality comments per chapter
Package D (16-20 chapters) - A permanent follow - Read 15 chapters of any of my books and leave 3+ inline, quality comments per chapter Note: Quality comment means feedback. Any reactionary comment will not be considered part of the payment.
Yes, I count prologues as chapters for this. If you decide reading all I just said is too much work for you and you prefer to invent some other payment I did not state above, I will warn you only once, and if you do not redo it properly, consider your request denied.
