Introduction: My name is Annika. I'm a published author who enjoys all things books. Helping people is a huge passion of mine, especially when it's book related. I'm 24 years old with 3 kids and 1 on the way with a decent amount of free time on my hands. My hobbies include reading, writing, spending time with my family, binging TV, shopping, and making graphics in my spare time.
Genres I Prefer To Review: Romance, Young Adult/Teen Fiction, Paranormal Romance, Horror, and Fantasy Romance.
Least preferred Genre: Non-fiction, Science Fiction, Adventure, Mystery, and Action unless it has interesting additional plot lines. Such as romance, horror, etc.
My Review Style: I pay special attention to everything to provide the best review I'm capable of. However, there are some things in a book that need extra attention-such as characters, their development, relationship growth, dialogue, and their emotions. This is extremely important because the characters can make or break your story. The same could be said for plot holes or a boring storyline.
Other things I focus on are grammar, flow, blurb, title, cover, general writing style/descriptions, and more. These are just as important but can be fixed and the story wouldn't necessarily be broken if these needed improvement.
Estimated Time Taken For A Review: It depends on the length of the review, but on average, it takes me between 3 and 7 days.
My Special Conditions: Your book must have a minimum of 5 chapters to be reviewed by me. Anything less and I risk not knowing the characters well yet, or getting a good feel of the plot. I'll read at least 5 chapters, and if I need to read more (if there is more), then I will do so.
Payment: Option 1: A permanent follow, read 5 chapters of any of my books if there are 5 chapters (I'm working on re-writes).
Option 2: A permanent follow and add any one of my books to your public reading list.
Option 3: A permanent follow, read 3 chapters of any of my books, and leave 3 reactionary comments on each. If you request 10 chapters then read 6 chapters and leave 6 comments. One-liners will not count. I find them lazy and it'll make me think you didn't actually read it, and emojis won't count either.
