"W-What?" I sputtered out. The look on Faiyaz's face was enough to render me speechless. But, I knew if I didn't find the right words now I may never be able to say shit to him ever again, "He what?"
Faiyaz motioned towards my phone in my hand. At the moment, my phone started feeling like fire in my hand. I clicked Eric's name and gasped when his dick popped up, no message attached. His face wave in the picture, either, just his dick. Exactly how I remembered. Nah, it actually looked bigger from this angle. The phone low and pointed upwards. It was glistening either with his spit or that fucking lube he got.
I didn't want to stare too long. I looked up at Faiyaz with pleading eyes. I shook my head, speechless. He'd had never done shit like this before. Why now? Why send a fucking dick at the wrong fucking time?
Fai scoffed, "I knew it. I fucking knew it!" He started walking down the street and I followed him. At least we were getting away from the people standing outside the restaurant.
"You know what?" I asked, stupidly. I know he ain't implying what the fuck I think he is.
"That's you're fucking Eric!" He turned on his hells and shouted in my face. My eye twitched. I hated being yelled at.
I took a step back from him, "Don't do that shit again."
Fiayaz nodded his head with wide eyes. A flash of remorse crossed his face but his anger was still there.
I shook my head clear and I could feel sweat start sliding down my back. There was no fucking way he knew that. Only two people knew...Shit! Eric's words starting playing in my head, but I quickly shook them away. I don't think Fai and Drea even knew each other or shared any friends...
I just had to do what any Nigga would do. Deny, deny, deny.
Then, I did the most illogical thing I could do. I called Eric. I dropped my phone by my side, so Fai wouldn't see. I just hope Eric fucking answers and hears what I'm about to say next.
When we got a good enough distance away, I grabbed his arm and pulled him back to me, "Shut up, Faiyaz, you don't know shit! This was fucking accident. He prolly meant to send it to a girl or something. Why would he send me that shit, yo!" I looked him in eyes. Please believe me.
He folded his arms over his chest, "I don't know, you tell me."
I sucked my teeth, "Stop. I'll call him, okay? I'm not lying to you, yo. Please, let me call him and he'll tell you."
Faiyaz crossed his arms over his chest, "Fine. Call him." I brought the phone back to my face and saw that he was on the phone. I quickly hung up and quickly and pressed redial.
Eric, please don't say some dumb shit right now. I looked at my phone again to see Eric had picked up the first time and I put it on speaker.
"Yo." He answered. I heard Faiyaz breath stop and he reached for the phone. I looked at confused, but he just shook his hand. I handed him the phone, thinking he was gonna talk instead but he didn't.
I tried to calm my breath so my voice wouldn't t come out shaky, "Bro," I got right to it, "Did you mean to send me that shit?"
"What is you talking about?"
"Look at the message you sent me."
The phone went quiet for a couple second. Then, Eric busted out laughing. Faiyaz flinched back and dropped my phone at how loud he was. Luckily I caught it before it hit the ground with a groan. This was so fucking embarrassing.
"Hell fucking no, yo!" He finally said, "I meant to send that shit to Taylor." I had no idea who the fuck that was or if he just made that name up. I'll ask him about that later, "I ain't gay, nigga." With that the online went dead. He hung up. This nigga. At least he saved my ass.
Faiyaz's shoulders dropped and he opened his mouth. Before he could even get his apology out I just hugged him, I just breathed him in. That was a fucking close one, "Don't say it." I told him. I already felt like shit, there was no way I could have him apologize to me now. Especially when all his suspicions were right.
I pulled away and kissed his forehead.
"Should we go back?" Fai said in a hushed tone.
I smirked, "I don't think we should. They probably gave our seats away, anyway."
"I feel so fucking stupid."
"It's okay."
"It's not okay, Gavin. This is my first time...dating," His cheeks reddened, "And you two are always hanging out."
"Yeah, we hangout because we're friends. Just friends." I shrugged, "But, I get it. I look good. You think everybody wants me."
Fai scoffed and finally a smile formed on his face, "I can't believe I made your ego bigger. I didn't even know that could fucking happen."
"You know what's bigger than my ego?" I raised an eyebrow, "My appetite."
"I hate you." Faiyaz giggled and wrapped his arm around my waist, "I kinda do owe you pizza for real now."
We ended up finding another pizza place around the corner. The whole dinner, Eric was clouding my thoughts. I had to end it. For real this time, before I lose Fiayaz for good.
