11. A bit closer

I went in the guest room and changed into my pajamas. I lie down on the bed and open my mobile to play some game as I couldn't fall asleep thinking Arjun is right next door. I mean I really wanted to go there and talk to him. I sit on the bed and walk towards the door. I should talk to him some more time before going back to Delhi in the morning.

I sit down back on the bed again deciding against it. I don't want to feel cling or needy. Let's just get to sleep. I hear knock on my door as soon as I decide to sleep. I sit and walk to open the door.

"Hi, I was just thinking" Arjun said as soon as I opened the door. A huge smile came on my face

"To spend some more time together rather than just sleeping" I said completing his sentence with a huge grin on my face. Arjun's expression changed from nervous to a smile.

"We should sit in the living" he said and I walked out of the room closing the door and moving to the living area and we settled beside each other on the sofa.

"What should we do?" I asked turning to sit on the sofa properly and sitting cross legged on the sofa. He smiled and copied me and sat cross legged facing me

"We could watch a movie" he said in a nervous way and I nodded my head

"Want to watch harry potter" I asked raising my eyebrows with a slight smile and he nodded his head before getting up and switching on the TV

"I used to watch this movie in college so much" he said as he came back and sat beside me again. 

"Let's start with the first one only" he said as he opened prime video and started the movie. I sat back properly on the sofa and pulled a cushion in my lap

"When I first watched this scene I was awestruck" I said as we were on the scene when they got to Hogwarts for the first time on the boat

"and when I read the books I literally stopped liking Hermione's character in the movie" he said as we almost reached the end and I looked at him confused

"Why" I asked and he shrugged

"There is a lot of difference in book Hermione and Ron. Everyone who has read the book can compare this" he said and I nodded my head

"Do you have the books" I asked slowly resting my head on the backrest of the sofa looking at him while he was looking at the screen. I was feeling sleepy now but talking to him has just started getting fun

"Yes, they are in my room. I will lend them to you if you want" he said and I hummed in response as I closed my eyes slowly looking at him.

I opened my eyes urgently as I felt I was going to fall down. I blinked and saw I was almost at the corner of the sofa and pushed myself back. I looked around and saw Arjun sleeping on the other side of the sofa.

I smiled as I saw how I was laying on the sofa. He must have made me sleep in this position. I was lying on the sofa properly with a cushion below my head and a shawl draped over me. I looked at Arjun and saw him shivering a bit.

He didn't have any duvet over him. I stand up and head to the guest room and bring the duvet from there and cover him properly. I smile as I see him clinging on to the duvet. I look at the time lie down on the sofa again. It's still some hours till the morning.

We were in the car heading to the office spaces we left to see for today. He stops the car after just a small drive for half an hour which means the space is even closer than a kilometer from the house.

"I liked this place so much as it is really on walking distance from the house" he said as we climbed and reached the third floor

"Here" he said pointing towards a gate and I saw there was already a Fashion designing studio just next to it.

He opened the gate and I peeked inside to find a huge space. It was really a very big space with some closed areas for studios and cabins.

"This one's really nice" I said as I looked around and saw Arjun standing there with a smile on his face

"Glad you liked it too." He said as he came and stood beside me.

"We can once see the last space too and then you can finally decide" he said as we came out from there and went towards his car and I nodded my head

We reach the last space and I look around. It was the biggest one till now as it had floors and it was basically on the ground floor but this space requires a lot of construction first

"I am confused now" I said and sat on the ground in the office space we were in right now

"Which ones are you confused with" Arjun asked as he came and sat beside me.

"This one and the one we saw before this" I said looking at him with a smile and saw him making a thoughtful face

"It mostly depends on your budget" he said and I nodded my head

"I like this one a lot but I am sure it will exceed my budget" I said and saw Arjun listening intently and this bought a smile on my face on its own

"If you like this a lot I can help you with the money" he said looking very nervous like I would hit him even for suggesting this

"I am not going to hurt you" I said with a playful expression seeing his expressions and he chuckled

"But I think I should go with the other one. It will not need a lot of construction and repairs and I can open it earlier than this one" I said standing up and dusting my pants and Arjun stood up to after a second holding my hand.

I smiled as he intertwined our hands and blushed looking at the size difference between his and my hands. My hands looked so small compared to his.

"Your hands are so small. No actually, you completely are little" he said patting my head lightly and I slapped his hand away

"I am not little" I said with a pout and he picked my cheeks. We left the space after he called his broker and fixed the first place and we left for his lunch first and then for the airport.
