I walk in the room fidgeting with my hands as I have to now talk to him about the thing mummy talked to me about. Mummy should have told about this to me earlier and I wouldn't have booked the return ticket.

"Arjun" I call him as I see him walking out of the washroom and he turns at me and slightly raises his eyebrows

"I want to talk to you about something" I said and he frowned and nodded his pointing towards the bed as if asking me to sit. I smile a little and settle on the bed and he sits beside me and looks at me

"Fist just tell me, its not like you are going to leave me or something like that" he asked and I chuckled at the expression on his face

"No, not entirely but something on the lines of it" I said and colour on his face seemed to vanish and my smile even grew bigger

"Navika, don't kid about these things" he said in a serious tone and I pouted a bit feeling guilty

"Okay, Sorry" I said and he nodded his face with a stern expression which soon turned into a smile

"I just talked with mummy and she is asking me not to return to Bangalore now." I said and he frowned a bit

"It means that there is some ritual in which the girl can't travel for the week before holi. So it would be better if I just stay here" I said and he nodded his head 

"Are you asking for my permission?" he asked frowning and I shook my head

"No, I am not asking your permission. I am just discussing it with you" I said and he smiled 

"See, it is mainly on you that if you want to stay or not. But I can't stay for this long. My boss will definitely fire me" he said and I laughed and nodded my head 

"So I will stay here for another two week and return with you after you come back for holi" I said and he nodded his head pushing a strand of hair falling near my eyes behind my ears and I smiled

"But there will be one problem" he said feigning a sad face 

"What?" I asked genuinely curious as he shifted towards me almost sitting stuck to me and I tilted my head a little 

"Its just that I will not get proper sleep for two weeks" he said and I smiled 

"Then you can cuddle with a pillow or something" I said hugging him and he smiled wrapping his arms around my frame

"But what about me missing you. I can't just go around for a talking to anyone random after coming home from office" he said and I looked up at him keeping my chin on his chest

"What did you used to do before marriage?" I asked looking at him sincerely and he smiled 

"And its just for two weeks. What will you do when I will come back to stay here for months" I said and he frowned 

"Why would you come back for months and that too without me" he asked and I chuckled snuggling a bit in him and then again looking at him in the same position

"I will have to when we have kids. They would want to visit their nani and dadi's house" I said and saw a twinkle in his eyes as he held me a bit more tightly and pulled me a bit up towards him

"Really? Kids" he said and I furrowed my eyebrows a little at him

"Of course. They would want to visit back home in their vacations and you can't just take that long of work from home but I obviously can as I am the boss" I said and he smiled pulling me closer saying a simple uh-huh
