28. Jealousy

I smile as I settle in between Shivani and some of the other friends of her. They all turn towards me and smile and start talking again. I start to feel nervous as I see all of them talking and laughing when one or two glanced at me. 

"So, Is Arjun romantic" one of the girls, whose name I remember is Kritika asked and I smiled with a blushing face not sure about what to say

"I uh. Yes, I guess" I said with a little hesitation and all of them laughed while I looked at Shivani as she passed me a smile slightly bumping her shoulder into mine

"Please, don't tease her. She is already so embarrassed" Shivani said and turned towards me with a smile

"You know it was quite obvious that Arjun would be a romantic type of partner, it was my husband who I always had a doubt about" She said and I chuckled as thinking Rajat being a lot romantic is difficult

"He was an introvert in college too?" I asked and Shivani nodded her head rapidly

"Oh, yes. Yo know he was such a mysterious type of guy in college and I had to go to run behind him so much" she said and I smiled as she does look like the type to never hesitate before speaking her mind

"You proposed him?" I asked getting more and more interested in their story

"No, I said I like you first but he was the one who proposed me for marriage" she said and I laughed listening to their story which was really interesting

"How was Arjun like in college?" I asked and Shivani smiled as a teasing look came on her face

"So you want to know about your husband" She asked in a teasing tone and I smiled and shrugged

"A bit, yes" I said and she laughed as she now fully turned towards me

"He was just like this, always fun to be around. He was the genius guy in our batch" she said and I smiled. I have known that Arjun had always been a complete genius since I was young.

"He was one of he charmer guys that every girl liked. Not the crush type like but you know if you ever asked anyone in the college about him they would say he is the sweetest" she said and i nodded my head and stated thinking about us

"By the way, how were you in college" she asked and I shrugged

"I don't know but I can assure you if you ever asked anyone in my college about me they would have not said that I was the sweetest" I said and she laughed. We talked some more for a while and I was now sure that I could make her my friend.

I look around the room laughing with the stuff Shivani has been telling me about her college life and I stopped suddenly as my eyes met Arjun's frame and he was standing with a girl. I stared at the and poked my tongue on my cheek as I saw the girl touching her arm.

"Who is she" I asked pointing Shivani towards that girl and she turned her head towards her in a observing way

"Oh her, she is Nitika. She was our junior in college" She said and I nodded my head and focused back on the two people in front of me. Arjun laughed as she said something shaking her head and I felt like breaking something or someone
