I woke up the next morning to footsteps all around the room. I sat up, yawned, and rubbed my eyes. Zenitsu was chasing Nezuko around the room before Tanjiro stood in front of him with his cheeks puffed out, attempting to stop him.
"Zenitsu! Why're you chasing my sister!? Stop!" Tanjiro held out his hands to protect Nezuko
"Tanjirooo.. Let's be best friends!!" Zenitsu held both of Tanjiro's hands in his with flowers surrounding his head before starting to chase them both
I smiled at the sight, these boys were funny. I slid the door out of the room and went to another. The old lady had washed my uniform and haori for me. I changed into my demon slayer uniform and slipped on my haori. After I was finished changing, Kanroji's crow came to me.
It landed on my arm and squawked "KANROJI-SAMA SENT ME TO TELL YOU TO HEAD BACK TO THE MANSION CAWW!!" Kanroji's crow had a cute flower hat on, though I don't think she likes it.
I chuckled, "You are so loud sometimes Urara." I gave her some breadcrumbs and then sent her back to kanroji-sama.
I walked back into the room where the boys were staying, "I'll be on my way, Kanroji-sama needs me back. It was nice spending time with you boys! Farewell!" I bowed and slid the door close
I walked along the hard wooden floor while carrying my shoes in hand, stopping in front of a door and lightly knocking.
"Come in.." The old woman weakly spoke
I slid open the door, "Hello, I just wanted to say I'll be taking my leave now, thank you for your care." I bowed
"Take some onigiri for the road." She handed me the treat wrapped in a cloth
"Ah! Thank you!" A smile spread across my face
I made my way out the gates while admiring the garden, each mansion I visited is prettier than the last, they've always given me flower seeds to plant when I get home, I'm a little bit of a plant lover..
"Y/n!" I heard a shout from behind, I turned my head to see Tanjiro waving
"Tanjiro?" I tilted my head
He ran up to me, grabbing both my hands and holding them in his, "Do you think we'll meet again?" He questioned while staring into my eyes
It felt surreal, the wind blew past us blowing his and my haori, and it picked up fallen petals blowing them toward us.
