Chapter 20

"Phi, let me go!!" Chay bangs on the door as he finds himself back in his old room at the main family house. Just an hour ago, Macau and he had confessed to each other and it felt like he was living a beautiful dream but it was rudely interrupted by Kim who decided to steal him away from Macau and brought him back to the main house.

Kim's bodyguard had ushered chay into the room as Kim contemplated how to go about talking to Chay and convincing him to take him back. Kim paced up and down the hallway anxiously.

Taking Chay away from Macau like this was an impulse decision. Initially Kim just wanted to speak to Chay alone but when he saw Macau and Chay holding hands and both of their faces completely flushed, his rage took over and he only saw red. Not to mention the patronizing way in which Macau spoke to him as if he and Chay have been together for years and Kim is the outsider and not the other way around. The more Kim thought about this the angrier he felt.

Kim takes a deep breath and goes inside Chay's room.

"Let me go, you bastard!!!" Chay wails as he hits Kim mindlessly on his chest. Kim holds both of his hands tightly as he tries to calm him down.

"Stop! Chay, please stop! I won't do anything to you. I just want to talk to you alone. Just you and me. Please stop!"

"Who allowed you to talk to me alone? I want to go back to my faen, you are nobody to me. I want to go back to P'Macau. He is hurt, you hurt him!!" Chay cries even more loudly as he continues to hit Kim with his legs as his hands were tightly held by Kim.

"I am sorry, Chay. Just listen to me, once, just let me talk to you once. I will let you go after I speak with you. I will even apologize to Macau, my intention was not to hurt him, but whenever I want to talk to you he is always around and I can't get a word in with you."

"Listen to me you bastard, I am not my mother, I will not be held captive like her. you are fucking crazy, give me back my phone and let me go or I will kill myself!" Chay stops crying and stares into Kim's eyes, the look of determination in his eyes scares Kim and he lets go of Chay's wrists.

"Well if you are not like your mother then I am not like my father, I have no intention of keeping you captive here. It hurts me that you think I am capable of doing that. Can we just talk for five minutes? I will bring you back to Macau myself after we have spoken."

Chay considers Kim's request, he sits down on the bed and looks outside the huge glass window, he could see about a hundred bodyguards doing their swim training with the instructor as his window overlooked the huge Olympic-sized swimming pool.

Suddenly, Chay feels as if his throat is being constricted by something, it had become extremely dry and Chay couldn't help but cough loudly as he tries to soothe the irritation in his throat.

Kim immediately grabs a water bottle from the fridge, pours a glass of water for Chay and brings it to him. Chay drinks the water and closes his eyes to calm himself down. He didn't care about his safety, or the fact that Kim could still decide to lock him in the room even after they have finished speaking. All he could think about at this moment is Macau's beautiful face, his clear eyes that are always so honest about his feelings. He wanted to feel Macau's warm hug again, he always felt so safe and reassured in his arms. "Did I do this to him? Was I the reason he got beaten up? Are my feelings for him so wrong that he can't even live a normal life because of me?" Chay is lost in his thoughts when he sees Kim kneeling on the floor in front of him.

"I am truly sorry, my intentions for approaching you were wrong. I only wanted to find out more about P'Porsche since I had doubts about my father, I wanted to know why he had made P'Kinn hire P'Porsche. I wanted to find out what his ulterior motive was, Only so that I could protect P'Kinn."

"You don't know about this but my father is not an ordinary man, and knowing the things I know about him I could not just sit and watch my father play with P'Kinn's life. My intentions for approaching you were selfish I admit." Kim was not looking at Chay, his hands were resting on his knees and he was looking down at the floor, he didn't want to distract himself or feel reluctant about telling the truth so he kept his head down and continued to speak.

"When I went to your house the first time, I saw my pictures in your room, I figured out that you had a crush on me so I decided to use your feelings to my advantage by getting close to you and probing you about P'Porsche, but in the process of using you for my selfish needs, I ended up falling deeply in love with you."

"When you asked me if I really felt anything for you, I wanted to scream YES! and admit to my feelings for you but I purposely didn't because of all the chaos going on between the main and the minor family. I didn't want you to get involved in my messy life. I truly just wanted to protect you but in the end, I ended up hurting you."

"I know you were lying about your relationship with Macau, one look at you and I know when you are lying and when you are telling the truth, you are so easy to read. I admit that I am jealous of my own cousin. I can't see you with him. You wanted to make me jealous right? fine, you win, I am so jealous, I am really jealous, Please come back to me. I have never loved anyone as I have loved you. Did I make such a big mistake that you can't even give me a single chance? I promise I will never ever hurt you again. Your Phi misses you so much, and I want to sing together with you again, I want to hear your love song again. Can you come back to me please?"

As Kim finished talking, a single tear trickled down from his face and fell on his light blue Jeans. Chay sees the soaked spot on his Jeans and lifts his chin up, making him look at him. Kim's eyes were red and so was his face. Chay could tell that the confession took a lot out of him. His hands are trembling and he looks tormented. Looking at Kim's guilt-ridden face, Chay could tell that he was really sorry for whatever happened between them.

Chay's heart hurt to see his P'Kim in so much agony, "I thought I was over you, I thought I had completely forgotten about you, but what is this feeling in my heart? Do I still love you? Was I too harsh on you?" Chay didn't want to forgive Kim or even go back to him but in this moment, looking at Kim's pitiful face, Chay could not help but adore him.

When Chay lifts Kim's face up, Kim takes the opportunity to bring his face closer to Chay and kisses him gently on his lips. In the moment of confusion and longing, Chay couldn't help but kiss him back. Kim grabbed Chay's face in both his hands and deepens the kiss, gently sucking his small lips and gliding his tongue between them trying to pry them open.

Chay slightly opens his lips, and that's when Kim takes the opportunity to slide his tongue in his mouth, exploring every corner. Kim couldn't believe this was happening, his dream was finally coming true, he had the love of his life in his arms and he was kissing him. "Our first proper kiss!" he thought. "What did I do to deserve this? Do I have you back? You still love me right? I knew it, I wasn't wrong, you still love me!!" When Kim opened his eyes slightly, he realized that he was on the bed, lying on top of Chay, his hands were tightly holding Chay by his wrists and they were still kissing passionately.

Kim lifts Chay's t-shirt and slips his hand under it, slowly caressing his waist.

"Stop! Phi Stop! please.!" Chay shouts as the cold touch of Kim's hand on his waist suddenly brought him back to reality. "Phi, I want to go back to Phi'Macau. We will talk about this, but you have to take me back to him right now!" Chay pushes Kim away and gets up from the bed.

"Huh? Right now? Chay, let's talk first, come here." Kim holds Chay's hand, trying to bring him back to bed.

"No, Phi, we will talk about this later, I want to see him right now, Please take me to him." Chay walks towards the door and stands next to it.

Kim realises that there is no point pushing Chay too far right now so he calls out to his bodyguard, who is guarding the door outside and orders him to open the door.

As soon as the door opens, Chay swiftly walks out and goes towards the front entrance of the house. Kim grabs the car keys from his bodyguard's hand and follows Chay to take him to the hospital.
