The Campbells and The Dunns all went to chick-fil-a for dinner, they talked (gossiped) and laughed about stupid stuff while they ate. The Dunn kids decided they would stay at the Campbells for the night, so Jess took a quick detour home to get Harper and Topher's clothes, etc, while the Dunn kids rode home with the Campbell family.
Once they arrived home, everyone got out of the car. Griffin was about to get out when he saw Harper wasn't following. He looked at her only to see her fast asleep. Griffin smiled before carefully taking Harper out of the car and carrying her inside. bridal style.
Once they got inside the house, Harper was fully awake in Griffin's arms
"I thought you were sleeping," Griffin said to Harper
"No, I just didn't want to walk," Harper said shrugging
"So I carried you inside for nothing?" Griffin asked sounding annoyed
"Oh shut up, you know you loved it," Harper sassed
Griffin sighed "The things I do for my Harper"
"Aww, I'm yours," Harper said smiling
Griffin rolled his eyes and tried to hold back a smile. He failed.
He then walked up the stairs still holding Harper. His Harper.

"So, tell me the basics," Sarah said
The kids were upstairs in their "rooms" doing who knows what. Jess and Sarah were at the dinner table discussing Zoey's need to dance.
"Um, well she would have to take required elective classes," Jess said
"As in?..." Sarah asked
"Classes like Ballet, Jazz, Tap, and other stuff," Jess said
"How many days a week does Harper dance?" Sarah asked
"She dances Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays," Jess said
"5 hours of dance on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays and only 3 hours on Fridays" Jess explained
"God, that's busy" Sarah quoted
"I know right, but she loves it," Jess said
Just then Zoey walked by them, she was texting Matt as she was laughing
"What so funny," Sarah asked curiously
"Matt" Zoey answered simply
Jess chuckled
"Who's Matt," Sarah asked her daughter
"Oh, he's a friend I made at the competition, he dances with Harper. He's really cool" Zoey said
"You've met him, right Mrs. Dunn?" Zoey asked
"I met him when he was itty bitty," Jess said which made Zoey giggle
Zoey went back to texting Matt as she walked up the stairs
"So do you want her to join the team or not," Jess asked
"Um...."
Ben walked over
"What do you think Ben, should Zoey do competitive dance?" Sarah asked
"With Harper?" Ben wondered
"Yeah," Sarah said
"Umm... Yeah I think that would be nice for her" Ben said with a smile as he walked away
"It is done," Sarah said as she held out her hand
Jess smiled before she shook it

"Still can't believe I won," Harper said
Harper was in Griffin's room, they were laying on his bed looking at the ceiling
"I can believe it, you're like the best dancer ever," Griffin said
"Stop," Harper said cutely while blushing
"No, I really mean it. your dancing is outstanding, and to top it all off, you are literally gorgeous, and I know this isn't your first time hearing that because just look at you, but when I say you're gorgeous I mean it. There's not even a word to describe how perfect you our." Griffin said
Harper didn't say anything. She was feeling bold. She leaned over and kissed Griffin
"Thanks, Griffin," Harper said after pulling away
"Boyfriend?" Griffin asked
"Boyfriend!" Harper confirmed
They kissed again slow and sweet
"Awwwww" Zoey, Wyatt, and Topher said in sync from the doorway
Griffin and Harper stopped kissing to turn to them
"The ship has sailed," Zoey said
"What do you guys want?" Griffin asked
"I don't know, were bored," Topher said
"We were hoping you had something for us to do," Wyatt said
"Why would I have something for you guys to do?" Griffin asked
"Why do you still sleep with a night light?, We all have questions" Zoey said
Harper giggled
"Truth or Dare?" Wyatt asked
Griffin just sighed
"C'mom before I change my mind"
Harper Dunn is a national champion and will forever have the heart of a dancer.
