It's the feeling of being completely, hopelessly,

desperately in love with someone,

all the while knowing your feeling will never reach them.

Ikki looked down at the words printed in the book Kent had handed him.

"Yes... that's what it is.." He murmured, rubbing his finger over the words.

His magenta and turquoise eyes were fixated on the book when he heard a voice.

"Ikki. Your favorite customer is here."

His snapped his head up, discarding the book instantly in Kent's hands.

Kent looked after him, tutting lowly.

"What can I get for you today Miss (Y/N)." 

(Y/N) looked up from her menu, looking at the blue haired man.

"Oh, hello. I'd like a cup of coffee to start please."

"Anything else?"

"No. Not yet." 

"I'll go get that Miss." Ikki started walking away, winking at her.

A look of distaste crossed her face she went back to her menu.

She simply disliked romance.

Her friends had tried to get her into it, but she found it disgusting.

So, what unfortunate luck she had to catch the eye of Ikki.

The man who made any girl fall head over heels for him with one glance of his eyes.

(Y/N) hated having his attention.  She was getting nasty phone calls from his fans, girls near him glaring at her and threatening messages.

For short. She now hated his guts.

"Ikki, pay attention!" Kent scolded, saving him from a burnt hand as the cup threatened to overflow.

Ikki snapped out of his thoughts looking back at the coffee and setting down the pitcher.

"Right..." He said slowly, picking it  up an walking to her table.
