Psalm 119:28
NKJV
28 My soul melts from heaviness;
Strengthen me according to Your word.
We all felt pain. This psalmist felt pain because of all the problems he had. He felt tired but he knew where His strength came from.
Our strength, hope and faith all come from the word of God. Faith comes from God's word (Romans 10:17). If you're feeling tired, in sorrow and pain, I encourage you right now to read the promises of God and pay attention to God's character behind those promises.
Know God is a responsible Father cares and listens to you. He can sympathise with you and understand your opinion. He sees you every tear and promises peace. Search for some promises of God and choose to meditate on them. Read and reflect on them and write down what characteristics God has revealed through His word.
