"Touya, be a dear and go get Fuyumi and Natsuo? I want them to meet little Keiko." Rei said as she stared at the sleeping infant in her arms.

Touya nodded and got up from his place on the couch. He climbed up the stairs into the hallway. Passing by Fuyumi's room and he finally reached his and his younger brothers' shared room.

Knocking on the door, to let them know that he's entering, he opened it and was greeted by the sight of his siblings playing with toy dolls and cars. Plastic vibrant green trees were scattered on the floor along with other cars and Lego structures trying to imitate houses but looking nothing alike.

"I came to tell you that we have a new sibling, but mom hasn't given birth yet." Touya informed them why he's here. Natsuo and Fuyumi looked at him confused.

'How could it be?' the thought crossed their minds. If the baby wasn't from their mom, were could it be from?

"C'mon! But you two better clean up here a bit before Dad walks by and sees this." He warned them. They quickly nodded and started packing the toys away.

They were taking quite a while, trying to not step on or break the Lego structures while packing them away.

"Hurry uppppp! I wanna go backkk!" Touya groans.

"Why don't you help us, then we could go back faster?" Fuyumi suggests with a sneer causing an irk mark to form on Touya's face. "The more people that help, the quicker we can go down."

"Stop being such a smartass-" Touya mutters under his breath before he is interrupted.

"Come down kids and stop fighting!" Rei whisper-shouts from downstairs, trying not to awaken the sleeping baby.

"Stop saying bad words! " Fuyumi reprimands her brother.

"Then tell Dad do stop using those words; impossible, is it not?" Touya lashed back at his sister.

They all then quick ran and followed Touya downstairs to the living room where Rei sat on the charcoal grey sofa with Keiko in her arms, sleeping peacefully.

Touya turned around to face them and put a finger on his lips to tell them to be quiet. They copied him, putting their fingers on their lips while looking up at him with innocent eyes.

"Fuyumi, Natsuo, come meet your new sister." Rei mentioned them over to her and the baby. They peeked over the blanket curiously and saw the sleeping girl with tuffs of h/c hair.

"What's her name, Mom?" Fuyumi asked her mother.

"Keiko, Keiko Todoroki." Rei answered her oldest daughter with a soft smile.

"Keiko... that cute name!" Natsuo said in his broken Japanese.

"She's so cute! Can I hold her? Please?!" Fuyumi begged with puppy eyes.

Rei sighed. "Sure, you can. Just sit down first."

Fuyumi could hardly stop squealing, excited to not be the only girl in the family besides her mom. Thinking of all the things they could do together when Keiko becomes a bit older.

"Mine!" Natsuo exclaimed excitedly, holding his hands out.

He was thinking of all the ways that they could play toys and watch TV. The fun times they could have together.

"I guess I'll leave you with her." Rei got up and started heading towards the kitchen to prepare dinner.

Touya quietly observed his siblings' interactions with their new baby sister, wanting to step in if any of them does something they weren't supposed to with Keiko or if they hurt her.

His anxiety raising every time Natsuo poked her chubby baby cheeks and when Fuyumi patted her head. He scared that they'll wake her up from her slumber. After 5 more minutes of his siblings holding her and gushing about her cuteness, he finally had enough and scooped her into his arms and backed away from his siblings with a cute-angry look on his face.

"Come on, Touya! Give her back!" Fuyumi grumbled.

"You meanie Touya! Give her back!" Natsuo whined.

Natsuo and Fuyumi continued to complain about how Touya cut of their bonding time with the newest edition to their family.

"She's trying to sleep; can't you guys see that? Let's just leave her alone." Touya told them, causing the other two to pout.

"Fine, you no fun, Touya." Natsuo muttered, sending his brother a nasty glare.

"Go cry yourself a river, build a bridge and get over it. You can spend more time with her when she is awake." Touya waved them of as he sat on the other sofa with Keiko still in his arms.

The other two wander off back to the boys' room to finish packing up the toys before dinner.

A small smile broke upon Touya's face as he looked at how peaceful she was sleeping. He knew she was different from the rest of his family. He knew she would understand him and his perspective.

For the rest of the week Keiko slept in Fuyumi's room, as she fortunately was a quiet baby who did not require much attention during the night. Though during the day, she was a completely different story.

But, silently during the night, Touya would go into Fuyumi's room and take her to his room and sleep with her. He would then get up at the break of dawn to go and place Keiko back into Fuyumi's grasp. He was luckily never caught.
