Chapter 15

"Angie answer me. Are you alright?" Gary asked me again.

I was thinking about what just happened. About the vision I had. A man hit me. The gunshots. But why couldn't I saw the men's face? Why it was so blurry? Why I couldn't see it? Why I didn't saw more? Only blurry man with gun. I couldn't see anything else. Not even surroundings. This couldn't be a memory. Memory would be more precise. Maybe only déjà vu. Only because of the hit. But not a memory.

"Angie." I heard Kendra. "She is really pale. Gary shouldn't we call ambulance?" I heard her worried voice.

"No." I finally said as I realized I scared them when I wasn't replying on any of their questions.

"Here sit down." Gary said as he helped me to the chair in the corner.

"Are you sure you don't want to call the ambulance?" Kendra asked me again.

"I am sure. It didn't hurt that much. I am just little bit shaken. Sorry." I said as I finally come to myself after assuring myself that this wasn't a memory. Maybe it was just some kind of picture I saw on TV and it appeared when Gary kicked me. This happens.

"You can have a concussion. It will be better if doctor checks you out." Gary said with worry still on his face.

"No really. I am fine guys. Don't worry about me. " I tried to calm them. "But I think I am done for today." I told them.

"Yes of course. We are done. Should I call someone to pick you up?" Kendra asked me.

"No. I will be fine. I will drive myself home." I told her. I was fine physically. My head was hearting but it wasn't that bad.

After a while of persuading them that I was fine I went home. I took a hot bath after such a long and tiring day and tried to forget about the weird picture. I have a dinner tonight with Nicholas at Kylie's . I hope Danny will not be making his brotherly advices and everything will go smoothly. After the bath I took a nap. I was tired and my head hurt. I needed to gain some energy for the dinner. I don't want them to worry about me.

"Hi. You are finally here." Kylie said from her kitchen counter when I walked into her house. She was slicing a bread and it seemed that she had already everything prepared for the dinner. I came to her and hugged her.
