45: you look like her

Y/n's pov:

I woke up to Sebastian snoring.
I completely forgot that I was sleeping in his room.

I sneaked out of the room.
Then I grabbed my special box.

I grabbed the cd from it.
I barely ever played the video because it was actually for my 18th birthday.

But sometimes, when the whole world is just against me, I play the video.

I noticed that the TV in the living room had a cd player, so I sneaked in there and turned on the TV.

I stuffed the cd in there, and it quickly started.

"Hey baby girl, you're 18 now, I'm so so sorry that  we couldn't spend it with you, but we will always be in your heart so at some point you're not alone" I smiled and grabbed a pillow to hug it.

"I couldn't be more happy rigth now, cause I'm holding my beautiful baby girl in my arms, and the love of my life is sitting and filming me right now" I smiled as I saw dad kissing mom and afterwards kissing my tiny head.

The camera turned and faced dad.
He looked adorable.
He had butterscotch hair and a textured haircut.

"Hey, my little troublemaker, it's me, your dad, my name is Jeffery, and the lovely woman over there is Maia.

We already love you, and we will always love you even though we aren't here. We still love you. " I wiped the tears from my face.

"Oh gosh, she's adorable," I mumbled along to the line.
A young Irene walked in with flowers in her hand.

Baby me reached out and grabbed onto Irene's fingers.
"Oh, I might kidnap this angle," Irene said, I smiled again as little me got passed to Irene.

"Darl, it's 4 am. You should not be watching TV," Sebastian said.

"That was my mom, wasn't she pretty?" I said, looking at my mom.
Sebastian sat down next to me.

"You look like her, you know, your eyes show her and your little nose," He said.
I moved closer to Sebastian and put my head on his shoulder.

"Are you okay y/n?" Sebastian asked. He put an arm around me.
I shook my head and kept watching the video.

I let tears fall as the video ended.
"Hey, I got to go. The filming starts now," He said.

I first now realised that it was 5 already.
The video was pretty long, so it was fair.
"I'll come pick you up at 12 o clock," He said.

I nodded and wiped my face.
"Remember to eat and drink, and at last, have fun," He said with a smile.

I rolled my eyes.
"Okay, dad!" I chuckled.

He rolled his annoying little eyes and left.
I grabbed my phone and scrolled through me and Quinns old text, like sure it probably wasn't fair, but I just couldn't believe it."

My heart felt like it was taken out and not replaced.
It all felt empty. It felt like my body was moving and breathing, but my heart wasn't beating.
