Once Stiles's "friends" arrived, more people seemed to hear about the party and turn up. Yelena weaved in and out of the teens looking for her brother, whilst checking her messages to see if Derek had texted her. She wasn't watching where she was going when she tripped into someone.

"Whoa steady." He said as he grabbed her by the waist.

"Oh my god, I'm so sorry." Yelena told the teen "I guess you shouldn't walk and text huh." She joked.

The boy smiled back and shrugged "No harm no foul."

Yelena smiled and went to move past him when she froze doing a double take "Do I know you?" She frowned.

"I doubt it."

"No seriously what's your name? I feel like we've met before."

"Matt." The boy told her.

She nodded and narrowed her eyes "You sure we haven't met? Are you friends with my brother maybe?"

"Your brother?"

"Stilinski, Stiles Stilinski."

Matt paled and nodded "You're Yelena?"

"Uhm, Yeah, Lena." She answered, his reaction making her nervous.

Matt nodded and smiled "I'm on the school paper I've heard a lot about you. You're cross country record is still pretty legendary."

"Oh right, well enjoy the party." She smiled as she walked off to find a drink.

"Yelena." Lydia smiled holding out a cup of some type of punch for her.

Yelena took it gratefully and took a sip, but spat it back in the cup almost immediately, luckily Lydia didn't see her.

She smiled at Lydia and nodded "Nice."
Lydia smiled and went off to hand cups to everyone "Kids these days, they'll drink anything." She muttered as she went through Lydia's cupboard and found a bottle of gin.

She poured most of the contents of her cup down the sink and added gin to the rest of it, nodding at the improvement in taste. Usually, Yelena's alcohol tolerance was quite high, but with no one around to stop her she made a drunken mistake. She stumbled around as she found his number in her phone, rage filling her with each ring that passed.

Back at the train depot Derek finally had his betas under control and frowned when he had a call coming through from Yelena

"Lena now's not a good time." He grumbled, glancing over his shoulder at a now calm Issac.

Yelena laughed bitterly "It's never a "good time" with you. I'm calling because I'm done" she slurred, "you're a liar and I don't trust you.....because you lie."

Derek rolled his eyes "Are you drunk?"

Yelena scoffed at him "Am I drunk? Or are you just sober?"

Derek frowned in annoyance "That doesn't even make sense!"

"Well, it does to me!" She yelled back.

Derek gritted his teeth together trying not to yell "Where are you?"

"Wouldn't you like to know?" She smirked to herself

"Len." He warned

Yelena laughed and mimicked his voice "Ooh "Len", any minute you'll call me Yelena. Go on full name me, I dare you."
Derek let a growl escape his throat, using all his energy to not lose his temper, "Careful Derek, you don't want to lose control on a full moon." She sang.

"Lena, where are you?" He asked again.

Yelena tripped over outside nearly falling "Whoa that was close." She laughed to herself.

Derek had had enough now "Right! Stop acting like a child. Where the hell are you? I'm coming to get you, right now!"

"Ooh, well you can't leave you're precious little betas, I-" Yelena stopped what she was saying as she saw Lydia sobbing "Lydia?" She called out softly pulling the phone away from her ear

"What?" Derek asked in confusion.

"Lydia," Yelena called again "Something Is wrong I have to go." She said to Derek as she hung up on him and walked towards the strawberry blonde.

"I've done something terrible." She whispered to the older girl.

Yelena began to sober up and looked around them both to see some of the spaced-out teenagers "I mean yeah that punch you made was definitely something." She joked

Lydia's eyes snapped up to hers at the mention of the drink "Did you not drink it?"

Not wanting to offend her she changed the subject "Well how much have you drank of it? Because you're not making a lot of sense." Yelena said as she crouched down next to her, wiping away the girl's tears.

"I didn't want to do it. I just want him to leave me alone." Lydia muttered

Yelena frowned hoping she wasn't referring to Stiles and his obsession with her "You know what Lydia, you stay here and I'll get you some water ok?"

Lydia nodded as Yelena went back inside the house looking for a bottle of water in the fridge. She had a terrible sense of dejavú when she heard a boy screaming and the sounds of splashing water. It was like someone stepped over her grave. She was about to go out to see what was going on but remembered that she wasn't responsible for anyone at the party she was only there for Lydia, who needed her right now. Slamming the fridge door shut she ran outside with the water in her hand.

"Yelena!"

She rolled her eyes at the sound of Derek shouting her name "Not now Lydia needs me."

"What the hell are you-" he didn't manage to finish his sentence because Lydia walked over to them with an expressionless face "Lydia?" He frowned at her. They were both taken off guard when she blew dust at them, knocking them out.

Yelena groaned, holding her head as she sat up, quickly becoming aware of her surroundings - The hale house, or its remains. She could feel a sense of panic roll through her at Derek's groans of pain

"Lydia, stop. You don't know what you're doing."

Yelena's eyesight adjusted to the moonlight bouncing across the room towards a hole in the floor where the remains of Peter Hale were, knowing that something was wrong Yelena tried to stand up to stop it but it was too late as Derek let out a moan of pain as peters corpse drew blood against his arm

"Oh my god." Yelena whimpered as Peter slowly emerged from the ground and came back to life in front of them

"I heard there was a party. Don't worry, I invited myself."

Lydia looked horrified at the man in front of her as she looked over to Yelena hoping she would do something but instead, Yelena nodded to the exit as she finally managed to stand and took a step closer to Derek and Peter. Lydia fled instantly leaving Yelena and the two Hales alone.

"Stay back," Yelena warned making Peter let out a low laugh

"Good to see you too Yelena."

"I'm serious." She warned trying to mask the fear she felt.

Peter smirked and glanced at his nephew, "Well he's not going to exactly help you right now." Yelena looked down and saw that Derek had passed out, "I'm guessing you don't have any of your homemade flash bombs with you today, huh?"

Peter made to take a step towards her but instead, he sent her a wink and left them alone. Yelena held her breath until she was sure that he was gone before crouching down to try and wake Derek, her hands were shaking and when he didn't respond she called the first person she could think of to help with the supernatural.
