**I used this quirk along with the Killer Winterland one in a oneshot story so this is why it's detailed. I don't write supermoves for each quirk I think of.**
Thermostat:
With this quirk the user is able to regulate their own body temperature and that of their surroundings, dropping or raising it at will. This makes them very resistant to extreme heat as it serves as a counter. When quirk is active, the user's eyes glow a shiny metallic silver.
Supermoves:
Big Chill: user lowers the temperature of the surroundings.
Chill out: the temperature around his opponent(s) is lowered instead of the entire room.
Pinpoint temperature: user can raise or drop the temperature of a particular part of the body. It could be on their own body or someone else's such as the hands, feet, back, etc. This could be done not just for fighting purposes such as cooling off Shouto's fire side when training for example; but also for injuries (acting like a ice bag or heat pad), to weaken or destroy structures/obstacles (without the massive damage of the Cryoblast supermove), and to cool/warm up anyone that needs it.
Drawbacks: exhaustion, headaches
