Silent Space
User can cast a transparent barrier that blocks out all noise, vibrations, and makes everything that is inside it invisible. The barrier can be cast over a wide area and is even able to go through objects and living things without harming them. In addition, the user can select which noises or vibrations may go through his silent space (for example when talking inside the barrier with anyone).
Moreover besides noise and vibrations, the user can manipulate and hide their own heat signature and those given off by other living creatures while inside the which is perfect to stay hidden. However, the barrier doesn't need to specially be applied over an area for this to work since they can wrap it around themselves for concealment.
Can even be used as a form of psychological torture by locking the target up in total silence and isolation. Targets cannot handle the absolute silence (can't even hear nor feel their own heartbeat) and loneliness and end up either breaking or trying to kill themselves.
Drawbacks: Tinnitus, fatigue, and headaches
