"now first of all, you're national champions it was a great competition at Starbound in Lake Taho it's something to very proud of then we got to LA and we did a video people know who you are now from watching the video but you're a target when you walk in it's gonna be all about beating The Abby Lee Dance Company"

"we all know Cathy's not here because Cathy is not a team player, where did that get Vivi-Anne? no where..i'm going to have an open audition a casting call for a new dancer for the Abby Lee Dance Company tell everybody you know looking for a new girl for this group maybe two new girls, everybody's replaceable are you next?" Abby asks

"first Mackenzie, you can't sit on the couch and eat chips..you're not six and under you're seven and over and i expect the same thing from you that Maddie did when she was seven."

"Camila, you had an amazing season and now you're eight it's only going to get tougher but hey..i still expect you to do even better than you did last season."
