During my high school years, I was part of a group of friends that included Fulton and Dean. However, since I left that trio, my life has changed for the better in so many ways. I have had a significant glow up, both physically and mentally, and I feel like a completely different person.

One of the most significant changes has been my appearance. I have worked hard on my fitness and have lost a considerable amount of weight. I have also started taking better care of my skin and hair, which has made a significant difference in my overall look. I have received many compliments from friends and family, and it feels great to be noticed in such a positive way.

Along with the physical changes, I have also grown a lot mentally. I have learned to prioritize my mental health and have started practicing mindfulness and meditation. This has helped me to manage my stress levels and has made a significant impact on my overall happiness and well-being.

Another significant change has been my social life. Since leaving the trio, I have made new friends who share my interests and values. I have found myself in more fulfilling and positive relationships, which have helped to boost my confidence and self-esteem.

Overall, leaving the trio with Fulton and Dean was a challenging decision at the time, but it has undoubtedly been one of the best decisions of my life. I have grown so much as a person and am excited to see what the future holds.

As I walked through the halls on the first day of senior year, I couldn't help but feel a sense of excitement mixed with nervousness. It was a new year, a new beginning and a chance to make the most of my final year in high school. As I turned the corner, I saw Fulton and Dean standing in the hallway, their eyes fixed on me.

At first, I wasn't sure what to make of it, but then I noticed the shock on their faces. It was as if they had seen a ghost. Suddenly, they started walking towards me, and I braced myself for whatever was coming next.

"Hey, man! Look who it is!" Fulton exclaimed, his voice filled with a mix of surprise and excitement.

Dean nodded in agreement, his eyes still fixed on me. "We were just talking about you," he said. "How was your summer?"

I couldn't help but feel a bit taken aback by all the attention. I mean, I knew Fulton and Dean from previous years, but we had never been that close. "Uh, it was good," I replied, trying to keep my answer short and sweet.

But they weren't satisfied with that. They started asking me all sorts of questions about what I had been up to over the summer, and before I knew it, we were engaged in a full-blown conversation. It was a little overwhelming, to be honest, but I tried to keep my cool and play along.

As I walked away from Fulton and Dean, I couldn't help but wonder what had come over them. Why were they suddenly so interested in me? But I pushed those thoughts aside and focused on the excitement of the new year ahead.

After the first week, I began to get tired of the newfound attention. It was as if my friends only cared about me now that I had a certain glow about me. I couldn't help but feel a bit betrayed. After all, where were they when I needed their attention before?

I decided to confront them about it. I expressed my frustration and disappointment that they only seemed to care about me now that I had something to offer. It wasn't fair, and it wasn't true friendship. I made it clear that I didn't appreciate being used for my newfound popularity.

The conversation was uncomfortable, but necessary. I wanted to be sure that my friends understood that their behavior was hurtful and that it needed to change. In the end, we were able to come to an understanding. They apologized for their behavior and promised to be better friends in the future.

I learned a valuable lesson that week. Real friends are there for you, no matter what. They don't just show up when it's convenient or when you have something to offer. And while it was tough to confront my friends about their behavior, it was worth it to preserve our friendship and ensure that it was built on mutual respect and care.
