Being an idol trainee can be very tiring and often leaves you with no time left to relax.
Sarang would usually wake up at 4am, do some morning exercises and stretches.
After that from 4:30 am to 6:00 am she'd practice her vocals or dance before getting ready to go for school.
She reaches the school by 7:30 and then usually either finishes her homework if she hasn't already or would just take a morning nap. (She loves morning naps)
After that it's one class after another. During break time she'd either sneak into the music room to practice a bit or tries to finish her school work so she'd have less work to do later.
By the time she was done with the school it'd already be 5pm and she always has to run to catch the bus so that she can reach the company. It takes almost 30 minutes for her to reach there. Sometimes she'd nap in the bus, other times she'd write some verses.
She usually goes straight to practice room and start her vocal lessons. It lasts for almost 2 hours. The vocal trainer advised her to sing like she's recording the song so that she can learn how to do it later once she has to sing for her album.
She'd spend a lot of time in the studio while working on music she made. Pdogg their main producer, would often let her borrow his studio so that she can work on her music. He'd always help and guide her.
