Tumungo ako sa sound system area.

'Yung DJ kaagad ang napansin ko ro'n kaya siya ang tinanong ko.

"Ah, hello? Can I request something?!" Medyo nilakasan ko pa ang boses ko dahil sa ingay ay baka hindi ako marinig.

Tumango naman ito ay medyo hininaan ang volume nung sounds.

Nilapit ko ang bibig ko sa tainga nung lalaking DJ.

"Can you tell the host that I need to borrow just a few minutes later when everybody is eating?"

"Kaano-ano ho ba kayo?" Tanong pabalik nito. Kung kapitbahay lang ba ako hindi pwede? Haha. 

"Ah, I'm the daughter of the couple and I want to surprise them."

"Oh, got it madam!"

"Thank you! And can you tell him to flash the video inside this usb?" Nakita ko kasing may lalaking nakaharap sa laptop. Siya siguro 'yung nagpa-flash ng pictures and videos d'un sa jumbotron.

"Pupunta naman ako rito mamaya at sasabihin ko rin kung kailan I-pa-flash."

Tinanggap niya ang usb. Nag thumbs-up lang siya saakin at nag-vibe na.

I got back at my seat.

Patuloy pa rin ang program. Natapos na sa love story nila Mommy at Daddy, at message ng family. Gusto ko sanang sumali e kaso hindi matutuloy ang plano ko.

May iba pang ginawa na games para sa mga kaibigan nilang couple.

I'm having fun watching them! Especially my brothers that presented a dance!

Hindi ko 'yon pinalagpas at vinideohan ko pa iyon!

Few minutes later, it's time to eat.

I told Coco to accompany Clarky. Hindi kasi pwedeng maglalakad ako papunta sa may DJ kapag nakaupo ang mga tao. Medyo tumangkad kasi ako dahil sa heels at kapag nakita nila ako ay baka may sumigaw na nandito ako. Since friends and relatives naman ang kasama, medyo magulo ang pagkuha ng pagkain pero kung gusto mo namang hindi self service pwede namang tumawag ng waiter.

"Hi!" I approaced. Nandito na rin sa sound area ang host.

"O my gosh! You-you're the daughter!"

"Yes, and can I borrow the microphone? I'll just give a small speech."

"Okay, okay! Here,"

Tumikhim pa ako.

Nasa medyo tago at madilim akong lugar kaya kapag hinahanap ng mga tao ay hindi ako makikita. Puwera nalang kung itatapat saakin ang camera.

"Hi? Hello? Alam kong hindi niyo na ako nabo-bosesan but I'm hoping you'll recognize me while I'm giving my not that long speech.

Hi Mom, Dad, brothers, relatives, and my friends. I-I just want to say I-i've missed you all. For not going home here, almost or over nine years? I don't know what exactly years that I've been gone but I am now here. Breathing, and still gorgeous." the camera man pointed the camera at my family's table. I avoided looking because I might cry even more.

"Uhm, all I want to say is, I'm now a nurse! Sorry for not telling you where I really am but uhm, I stayed in Canada. I lived there alone, starting from college until I became a full-fledged nurse. I won't say any other info's but sorry for telling you this even if it's your wedding anniversary na dapat ay happy-happy. Ito na rin siguro ang pagkakataon ko para sabihin o malaman ng ibang taong nagtataka kung bakit wala ako sa mahigit siyam na taon.
