Road to Spider-man (The Road Continues)

(Training and Tinkering arc) Part 5

After a bit more patrolling, Miles feels his phone vibrate in his suit pocket. Taking it out, he sees that he was receiving a call from Phin which he promptly accepts before landing on a nearby roof.

Phin's voice: "Miles. We still up for today? Never got a text back from you"

Seeing Miles with his phone near his ear, Y/n zips to a billboard nearby.

Miles: "Oh-yeah! Sorry, got wrapped up in my own stuff..."

Miles turns to Y/n, who signals to Miles that it was okay.

Miles: "But I'm free now. Where?"

Phin's voice: "78th and West End"

Miles: "By the science center? Why there?"

Phin's voice: "You'll see. Don't be late"

Miles then drops the call only to be met with a demasked Y/n who bore a smirking expression.

Y/n: "Looks like someone got a science date~"

Miles: "Shut up, dude!"

Miles then cups a small pile of snow in his hands, forming a ball before chucking it into Y/n's face.

Y/n retaliates by blocking the projectile before grabbing a pile of snow of his own and jumping behind Miels where he began to pull the back collar of his suit and shoving the snow inside.

Miles: "HOO!!! That is COLD!!"

Miles pulls away from Y/n's grip before shaking his back to shimmy the snow down his back.

Miles" *shiver* "I'm so getting you back for that"

Y/n: "You've said that already"

Miles: "I'll get you twice! And you won't see it coming"

Y/n: "That's what the spidey sense is for"

Miles: "We'll see"

Feeling the snow melt in his suit, Miles heads to the location Phin have given him.

Y/n: "Ah, love~...I really miss not being single"

After arriving at the address, Miles heads to a secluded room where he began to wear his clothes over his suit before heading up to the roof. 

Phin: "Hey, Molases!"

Miles looks to the top of the fire escape to see Phin.

Phin: "Up here!"

Phin then leads the way as Miles heads up the ladder.

Phin: "Careful up the fire escape. It's shakier than it used to be"

After heading to the rooftop, Miles follows Phin under a billboard where Phin stopped till she reached a small hatch.

Miles: "So, this is why you brought me here..."

Phin: "Almost bailed you took so long. Give me a hand, it's stuck" 

Using his enhanced strength partially to help Phin break open the hatch, revealing a small metal box on the inside.

Miles: "Well...time capsule saw better days"

Phin grabs the box before Miles shuts the hatch.

Phin: "Do you still remember the code?"

Miles: "Uh, yeah...It's umm..."

Miles began to recall the code, inevitably reminiscing on a memory he and Phin shared.

A man could be seen holding a metal box, inputting the code before opening said box. The man has a black skin tone wears glasses and has a bald hairstyle. The Man is known as Rick Mason, Phin's big brother
