War is over!!!!!!

I'm going to try and make this quick..

First of all, I'd like to thank you all so much for sticking with me in the process of this book. It has definitely been the most challenging one to write, and there were times I really didn't think I could continue but all of your support was the main reason I persevered, so you can thank yourselves.

I know a lot of you will be mad at me, and rightfully so. The ending was pretty tragic I guess, but it was always going to be that way since I first came up with this book idea back in November 2022.

I'll answer five of what I expect will be the most frequently asked questions now.

1. Why the ending?
As stated above, both Grayson and Beau were never going to make it. As much as it hurts to know and read, please understand that it also hurts just as much for me to have to write that after developing such a connection with my characters. However, having said that, there was really no other ending for them. I would have wrote a perfect fairytale if being an author meant you write what you want, but sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes you have to understand your characters and the fact that not everything is sunshine and rainbows. But, they're reunited now! They're happy together!

2. Beau's death?
I get it. It was sudden and barely foreshadowed (because I wanted to avoid as much foreshadowing possible in this book.) The time Beau died was significant to me, as it wasn't after anything majorly bad had happened. She was 'Happy' to everyone else, and that was the point. Not everyone that appears like they're doing well, truly is. Not everyone with fame and money and success is. It's why I started this book with the sentence that I did. Money can't buy you permanent happiness. (And I'm a material girl LMAOO.)

3. Graysons death?
The symbol that appeared flashing on his dashboard was one that stood for 'electrical faults.' Combined with the head on collision, the wires sparked, petrol was leaking, causing the fire. HOWEVER, Some people may also class Graysons death as suicide. He locked the doors, and though the men around to help could have smashed the window, it would have meant pieces of glass would have fallen through and onto him, as they would have had to smash it from the outside—if that makes sense. However, by the time the fire brigade and ambulance arrived, he was already dead.

4. So Beau doesn't have BPD?
No. By an official diagnosis, Beau did not get diagnosed with borderline personality disorder. And in the chapter where she takes the test, you'll see that I deliberately did not explicitly include the result. This is a bit of a confusing/sticky one even for me, because to me Beau definitely does have the disorder, and the doctors got it wrong. But once again that is something that occurs more frequently than people realise! Doctors do not like to diagnose, especially young adults. They'll blame everything
they can. That's why she was so shocked, she really thought she had it. A negative result was actually more damaging than a positive one would have been.

5. Why are you trying to portray suicide as a selfish act?
I really hope I never read a comment like this, because I can assure you that I do NOT see ending your life as a selfish act. In chapter 61, Grayson calls Beau selfish. You have to understand that that was a part of his reaction and process in accepting what had happened. It is totally normal, and he quickly dropped that opinion later on. To be hurting so much that you feel the need to end your life is most definitely not selfish, and no victims deserve that type of abuse.

Those are what I expect to be the most commonly asked questions, however if you have anymore, feel free to drop them in the comments or send me a DM on here or instagram. My username is the same @drreamwriterrr !

Overall, the message I wanted to spread through this book, was to check on your friends and family. Mental health is a very important thing, and should be prioritised before anything. Struggling with it is never anything to be embarrassed or ashamed of. However, please remember that acts of self harm, and suicide do not have to be the answer. There are so many people that would want to help you get better if you opened up to them.

but please remember at the end of the day this is all fiction!

Lastly, as for me, I'm going to be taking a fat break.

Libertà still needs editing— including ALL of the horrific outfits which I am excited to redo. Then I may come back to edit certain elements of this book too. Nothing big though, don't worry.

And as for more books, I have a few ideas and one that I really like at the moment, but nothing is promised. I'm going to see how I feel in the moment, and write depending on what feels right. I'm sure I will see you again soon, but anything new probably won't be for a while as if I were to write another book on here, it wouldn't be uploaded until the entire thing was complete.

However, If you guys want bonus chapters please let me know including scene ideas and I'll deffo be happy to write them for you..probably the least I could do after the damage I've put u through.

My books are not perfect, I am not a perfect author nor do I consider myself one. I started writing on wattpad purely for the shits and giggles to be totally honest. There's so much I dislike about both of my books on here, but that's okay and I'll only get better.

Once again thank you so much, and you can follow my instagram for more updates on what I'm getting up to whilst I'm not uploading!

love ya, Bunny 💋

xoxo
