"Hi there little one. I'm sorry for what happened earlier today."
"It is not your fault Mama. It is that Max's fault." Evangeline tells me while sitting on my lap. The two of us were watching movies on my bed.
"I know sweetheart but you don't deserve to be treated like that."
"I know that Mama. Now can we watch the movie now?" Evangeline asks me and I kissed her temple.
"Of course sweetheart."
