"Your last comment was everything" I say hugging Minnie
"Leave it to internet trolls to try and start drama between us" she says laughing
"You look gorgeous as always but anybody want a drink?" I ask the group
After we all had arrived and gotten our pictures taken, we had met up at the bar. Everyone was here except for Gavin. I didn't know how I felt about a possible reunion between the two of us tonight but I wasn't gonna let it ruin the rest of the party.
"A drink? We are gonna need a couple rounds. This is our first night being out and getting to spend time together!" Isabel cheers
Everyone cheers along with her as I ordered our first round of the night.
"Okay, who wants to do the first toast?" Aspen asks
"I have a good one. Here's to love, here's to honor. If you can't come in her, come on her" Sean says before downing his drink
We all stop and stare at him for a moment. No one knew what to say to that. I eventually just shrug and follow his lead but downing my own shot.
"Your mind amazes me" rain says giving him an awkward pat on the shoulder
"Have to admit, it was a good one" I say laughing
"How about we get the next round and then hit the dance floor?" Chris suggests
We all agree before grabbing the next round and quickly heading out to the dance floor together. Of course as we head out there, David and Sean start doing their ridiculous dance moves.
"Let's do the sprinkler" David says before starting the move
"Shopping cart!" Sean yells
"I forgot how much fun it is being out with you idiots" Aspen says jokingly
"Who else is gonna make you nerds laugh?" David says waving his arms around like one of those inflatables in front of a car dealership
"What about the lawnmower?" I ask curiously
They both stop what they are doing before David drops on the floor and rolls around while Sean pretends to be pushing him around like a lawnmower.
All of us can't help but laugh at their antics. I had missed being around them. Any time we all hung out, they always had ways to keep me smiling and laughing. They were truly the best people for me to be around.
"Started the party without me I see"
The group turns to see Gavin with his arms out and a wide smile on his face. Everyone cheers before attacking him into a huge group hug. I stayed back watching them all hug. I had missed being apart of that. I missed all of us being close like we once were.
Aspen places her arm around me trying not to make me feel uncomfortable as I watch my ex boyfriend and the rest of our friends hug each other while catching up.
"Hey" Gavin says turning to me
He gives me a light smile and I wave back awkwardly. Everyone is quiet at the sudden interaction happening.
"Anyone want a drink?"

"Do you guys remember that day on set after filming and Aspen came up with the idea to steal their clothes while they were showing?" Rain says going into a fit of laughter
"I have never seen someone go that red before" Lola says dying of laughter
"I still can't believe you guys got us all the way to the beach in our towels" Sean says pouting
"You have to admit, it was a pretty good prank" Chris says shrugging
"It was but we still have to get them back" David says smirking
"Yeah, I'd like to see that happen" I snort
"You guys aren't exactly the best pranksters" rain says while taking a sip of her drink
"Doesn't mean we won't get you guys back in some way" Gavin says slyly
All of us girls give a look before rolling our eyes. The guys weren't exactly the smartest bunch but it would be funny to see what they'll try.
"Sorry I'm late. I had a last minute meeting" a brunette says walking up to our table and kissing Gavin on the cheek
"No worries. Guys this is Ayla. Ayla, this is the group. Rain, Aspen, Lola, Minnie, Isabel, Chris, David, Dylan, and Sean" Gavin says as she takes a seat on his lap
"Nice to finally meet you guys" she says giving us all a smile
I give a smile back as everyone looks between the three of us. If I had a guess on what would happen tonight, this would not be in the cards.
"And who are you exactly?" Aspen asks just as confused as the rest of us
"I guess you could say I'm Gavin's girlfriend" she says with an awkward giggle
Isabel chokes on her drinks as Chris pats her back trying to help her breathe normally again. Sean and David walk away very awkwardly not wanting anything else to do with this conversation. Lola, rain, and Minnie just have shocked looks on their faces as Aspen just stares Gavin down. As for me, I felt numb at the moment. Like the air had been knocked away from my lungs.
