POV: Atlas

It's been 2 days since me and Grusha met Sol at the plaza while hanging out, but what he said was stuck in my mind.

Was it all a date? Am I just in denial about going on dates with him? Is that why I prefer to go hang out with him alone?

I groaned. Why is love so difficult?!

Staring at my essay paper, my mind always drifted back to Grusha. I dropped my forehead on my desk.

I was falling too hard for him, far too hard.

Then a thought grew in my head. Since valentines was coming up, I could write him a secret letter!

With new found inspiration, I grabbed a new piece of paper and started writing away, and soon enough I had a perfect love letter, just for Grusha.

I started looking around for an envelope, until I heard someone clear their throat behind me, right next to my door. When I turned around I saw Luna.

'Never heard of knocking', I said, annoyed she just walks into my room whenever she pleases.

'I did knock. 3 times to be exact'

That left me speechless for a minute. 'Why are you here?'

She just handed me an envelope. 'I know you're writing about your love for him'

I shyly took it. 'Thanks sis'

'Anytime', she said, walking out of my room.

I carefully put the letter into the envelope, sealed it and wrote "Only for Grusha's eyes" on it, before gently giving it a smooch.

Bzz, bzz.

I looked up at my phone.

"Text from 'sunshine'"

Sunshine: "yo! I invited Luna and Grusha to a meteor shower that's happening tomorrow night, you coming too?"

I chuckled, knowing Sol, he's going to sing his love song for Luna that day.

U: "fuck Yea I'm coming!"

Sunshine: "you know what I'm gonna do, don't you?"

U: "haha! No way I'm missing my best friend confess to my sister!"

Sunshine: "I have regrets inviting you"

U: "figured"

Bzz, Bzz.

"Text from 'snowflake❤️'"

Snowflake❤️: "hey!"

I couldn't help but smile at the text.

U: "hey hey!"

Snowflake❤️: "You're coming too tomorrow, right?"

U: "yup!"

Snowflake❤️: "Oh thank arceus! I'm not planning on being the third wheel of those two!"

I chuckled, realising I also acted like that in the beginning.

U: "welcome to my life Ig?"

Snowflake❤️: "Haha! I'm not planning on living your life"

U: "you rather be a part of my life?"

Snowflake❤️: "Duh"

U: "forever friends?"

Snowflake❤️: "Well, my bestie title is taken by your sister already- but being friends forever doesn't sound too bad"

U: "oh no, now you're stuck to me, time to be weird"

Snowflake❤️: "Oh no Arceus have mercy!"

And the whole night we texted away, with a ginormous smile stuck on my blush filled face.
