We get very obvious foreshadowing with "the wrongness in the air." And "a very dangerous addiction."
So how do the gryphon fliers know about General Sorrengail's youngest daughter's appearance? I understand central intelligence and all that but that seems like too much to know without having someone very inside giving them intel.
"If you have ever trusted me, Violet, I need you to do it now." Whoa okay, Xaden. Betrayal right here? Or just something super jumbled that he needs to clear up.
