__Subject log:

Test Subject 18934, Codenamed "Hog".

Hog has shown to be a valuable asset, she has some down falls but once a proper technique of reprimand is found we will be able to control her. She so far has developed the ability to digest anything we give her, including metal. And has a bite force strong enough to break bone, sadly we found this out when she attacked and ate two of the guards. She is extremely fast and is more or less a human version of a wild boar. The only down fall is that her appearance makes it hard for her to blend in as well as the fact she has the mindset of a wild boar. Willing to eat or kill anything and be extremely violent at times. Hog hasn't figured out how to read or write, all ways of communicating with her are deemed useless. But today we plan to introduce her to Homelander, hopefully she'll listen to him and understand that our testing is for her own good.

 Entry Log 1888, Dr.Rosenburg

__Record of accounts:

12:58,  Homelander arrives at the lower level testing facility

1:05, Homelander arrives at Subject's cell were he is briefed on the Subject

1:10, Homelander enters Subject's cell

Now:

Once Homelander is inside the door slams shut and he looks around the cell to see deep claw marks and dried blood covering the walls. It appears that nothing is inside the cell but him, though there is a rustling sound from under the bed.

"Hi, I''m not going to hurt you. I'm like you, they tested on me too." Homelander sits down with his legs crossed, and pats the space next to him. To anyone who didn't know what the situation was they would most likely assume Homelander was calling a dog or some sort of pet.

Hog, snorts and hesitantly sticks her hand out from under the bed. Her hand was similar to a humans, she had five fingers with larger-thick nails, the rest of her arm looked human. She then crawls out from under the bed, still cautious of this new person. Her hair was matted and knotted, her body was scared and she wore torn clothing, a thin tail could be seen, her feet were more like a boars but mainly in bone structure, and her face. Her face was normal, except for the snout which had curled tusks protruding from the sides. But there was still this beauty to her, though it might be something primitive to it, she was still a sight to behold.

"Your.....your beautiful..." Homelander was slightly out f breath, as if the sight of her knocked the wind out of him. Hog moved closer to him and sit in front of him.

"Don't lie." Hog snorted and looked down, clearly irritated with his false compliment.

"I'm not lying, I honestly think your pretty. Your hair might need to be brushed out or cut off but your beautiful." Homelander smiled, a genuine smile which was rare. So rare that he forgot how it felt to smile genuinely. Hog thinks about it for a moment, before looking up.

"They tested on you?" Hog asks while moving so she was sitting right next to him. Homelander sighs and looks down at her.

"They did, but it was for the best." Homelander  forced himself to smile, though deep down he knew it was wrong for them to test him and the other children with powers. Homelander wrapped his arms around Hog, he hugged her gently. Hog leaned into his touch and wrapped her arms around him, her face snuggled into his chest. Homelander rested his chin on her shoulder and closed his eyes. He knew the next part was going to be hard to watch.

"I'm sorry." Homelander then pulled Hog off of him and held her out, his grip was strong and unbreakable. Tears started to trickle down his cheeks when the scientists entered the room, holding electrical prods at the ready. Hog tried to get free from Homelander's grasp, she pulled at his arms, begged for him to release her, shrieked as loud as she could. But he didn't let go, it merely made him cry more. The scientists then jabbed the electrical prods into Hog's back, again, and again, and again. She screamed in pain as they continued to hurt her, tears ran down her cheeks, burns on her back multiplying by the minute. After ten minutes of non-stop electrocuting her, they stopped and one wrote down something on a clip board. Hog was barely able to left her head up to look at Homelander she was in so much pain. Homelander pulled her close to his chest and hugged her gently, tears running down his face, guilt eminnating from him.

"Finally we found a way to reprimand this whore-hog. Thanks for helping us, Homelander." One scientist said, which the other scientists laughed at. Homelander then froze, he slowly looked up at the scientists, his breathing was labored and ragged, his face was blank, but his eyes glowed red. And before the scientists could run Hoemlander used his heat vision to ennhilate the scientists, that hurt his friend. Once every last one of them was rendered to a pool of blood with guts, brains, bone, and ocular fluid, Homelander stopped using his heat vision. The walls in front of him having multiple pairs of burns from his heat vision. He looked down and saw his friend breathing shallowly, the burns on her back were gut-wrenching. Homelander then cried once more, his tears rolling down his face and landing onto her back.

"AHHHHHHH!!!" Homelander screamed, his sonic scream causing some of the roof to fall off, the walls and floor to shake, the lightbulbs to shatter. After merely a minute of his continuous screaming, the walls and floors started to crack, soon the walls buckled and started to bend inward. But then there was silence, the only thing that could be heard was the groans from the walls and soft whimpers coming from Homelander.

"I'm so......sorry." Homelander said in-between whimpers, he nuzzled his face into Hog's hair, desperately trying to comfort himself. A few more minutes go by and Homeladner stopped crying, he picked Hog up bridle-style and carried her out of the room. He stepped through the scientists's blood, their brains and guts sticking to the bottom of his boots. Homelander walked to the medical wing with Hog unconscious in his arms,  his bloody bootprints leaving a trail of his betrayal behind him.
