Chapter 13- final duel

A/N I am sorry in advance this is a long chapter there are 2562 words so therefore I won't be posting on the weekend. The next chapter will be the Avengers

Phil Coulson was prepping his team as they were waiting on the hackers to track down the Lizard down that was until an SHIELD.

A SHIELD hacker approached Coulson "Sir we have located the Lizard he is heading north towards Oscorp and he has a chemical weapon."

"Alright, Agents! The Lizard is heading north making his way to Oscorp and has a chemical weapon, we need to be quick before he can do anything! Move out!"  Coulson shouts out at everyone and everybody started to get into their SUV'S

Coulson has a theory that Oscorp has a way for a chemical weapon to be distributed into the air for the people of the area or even worse the entire city to be in danger.

*With Peter and Ned *

"I GOT HIM!" Ned shouts out loudly which instantly makes Peter shoot up from his sleep and out of his makeshift web hammock which makes him almost hits his head on the floor but his Spider-Sense stopped him and spun him onto his back, then Peter did a kick up back to his feet

"Sorry." Ned says with a laugh but that stops as he remembers about Dr Conners "The Lizard! Right. He is has a chemical weapon and he is heading North, Shit! Shit!" Ned realises where he is headed

Peter hadn't realised where that leads to because he was too busy putting his suit on "What? What? Where is he heading?"

"To Oscorp!" Ned shouts to Peter as Peter just finished putting his suit on

"Shit! Ok, ok, it's fine! I'll stop him before he can get to Oscorp before he does something very very very very bad." Peter started to ramble a bit as he was nervous

"It's easier said than done!" Ned shouts at him again

"Can you quit shouting!" Peter shouts at him to garnered a nod from Ned

Peter then goes out of the window before the Lizard gets too close to Oscorp.

*Meanwhile elsewhere*

One of SHIELD's men had shot the Lizard in the leg so that had given them the opportunity to get out of their cars and take cover behind them and to get out their Assault Rifles but while they were doing that the Lizard had been healing on its own by its own skin by pushing the bullet out and regenerating the skin.

But as soon as that wound had been healed SHIELD agents shot more bullets rapidly into his every part of his reptilian body. The Lizard let out a wail and went down to the floor, and the SHIELD agents thought they had killed him, they started to approach him and as they did. The Lizard had gotten up, he had faked his death, due to him wearing a lab coat from when he turned, it covered up his skin so the agents couldn't see that the bullets didn't pierce his skin at all.

When the Lizard had gotten up he flailed his tail and knocked multiple SHIELD agents out, he then grabbed two agents by the throats and knocked them out with the wall, he then seen the last of them standing in a a group and he spun his tail around knocking them into each other.

"Amateurs." He muttered under his breath

He then noticed that he was right next to Oscorp so he started to climb the tower.

*With Peter*

"Come on Parker! Move your ass!" Peter kept on saying to himself and then he could finally see Oscorp and seen the Lizard climbing on the side of the building but Peter seen SHIELD agents that looked dead in the road so he went to check on them.
