Walking down the stairs Thea couldn't believe what had just happened. She knew she wasn't ready for more between them but if Brae hadn't pulled away she didn't think she could of either.

There was something very strong between them. It felt like a force inside her pushing her into Brae.

Thea was a little scared of the power it had over her. When they got to close she couldn't control it. She would have to be more careful in the future. She couldn't allow them to get to deep into this, they needed to protect their friendship.

Walking into the kitchen she was welcomed by Brae's smile. How did she never notice his smile before? She felt it like a punch of butterflies in the stomach. Feeling weak all of a sudden she practically collapsed onto a chair.

"What would you like to do today?" Brae leaned forward into Thea, kissing her on the cheek.

"Umm... I don't know. What were you thinking?" Thea moved slightly away on her chair. Just being this close to him was making it hard to think.

"Well since it's our first date it should be special." Brae leaned away with a knowing smile. He pushed his breakfast plate over to share.

"It is not our first date!"

Sighing Brae got up from the table and walked into the kitchen.

"Why won't it be a date, do you need me to ask you formally." Rolling his eyes Brae looked over at her.

"Well for future reference a girl does like to be asked, but no it's not a date because we are not dating." Thea should of known Brae was going to make this difficult. He had agreed to everything a little to quickly.

"Come on Thea I know you, you are not going to be fine with just 'benefits'. I don't see why we can't date."

"If I wasn't fine with it I wouldn't of said anything." Thea couldn't understand why Brae was pushing it. If it weren't him then yes she would want to date. Dating with him seemed way to dangerous with how she was feeling.

"So what, does that mean we can see other people?" Brae said sitting down again and looking her right in the eyes.

"No you can not see anyone else!" Thea watched as his darkened eyes turned back to normal. Thea was glad he agreed to that, she wouldn't be able to handle seeing him with anyone else.

"Good then we can go on a date." Brae pulled Thea over to the living room couch and onto his lap.

Thea tried to pull away but found she didn't even have the strength to convince herself to move.

"No date Brae, we need to have rules."

Sighing Brae leaned his head back and closed his eyes. Wrapping his arms around Thea he pulled her into him.

"Ok Thea tell me your rules."

"First Rule no dating, and no seeing other people." Closing her eyes she tried to think about what else was important.

"Second no falling in love."

"To late Thea I already love you."

"I mean real love love Brae. Not friendship, that's what I am trying to save by the rules." Thea wished Brae would take this more serious. If they were to do this then Brae needed to respect the rules as well.

"How do you know I don't 'love love' you?" Brae looked up at her. He was completely serious and that put Thea a little off kilter.

What did he mean by that. He couldn't be serious; they were friends nothing more. It was their teenage hormones causing them to be attracted to each other.

"Brae if you are not going to be serious then how is this going to work? We might as well stop right now." Thea got off of Brae, hoping he wouldn't agree with her threat.

"No fine I'll stop, go on with your rules." Brae pulled her back down this time to a laying position as he spooned into her from behind.

"Ok...well I guess just one more, if we want to stop we have to tell right away." Thea turned around so she was facing him on the couch.

"Ok sounds good." Brae leaned forward kissing her on the neck.

"So you agree?"

"Hmmm." Brae moved her hair out of the way as his hand moved up under her shirt.

"Does that mean yes?" Thea tried not to get pulled into Brae's touch. It was no use though as she felt her mind going blank and all she could think about was his touch.

"Hmmm, shh." Brae moved up further and unhooked her bra. Moving his kisses to her lips he deepened the kiss pulling her underneath him.

Accepting that as his answer Thea let herself be drawn into the kiss. She could feel herself melting. It felt so much better when she wasn't trying to fight him. Needing to be closer she lifted the hem of his shirt lifting it over his head.

Sighing she felt down his chest onto his muscled stomach. Shivering she couldn't help but lower her hands.

Groaning Brae moved back to her neck kissing down her throat onto her chest. He was about to push down her tights when a he heard a cough.

Looking up Brae noticed his dad standing in the doorway.

"If you don't mind I'd like to watch the game in my living room." Henry walked into the room. He couldn't help but have a slight smile that warred with his frown as he watched the two of them jump a foot up in the air and scramble to their feet.

"Right dad sorry, we will just go upstairs." Brae linked hands with Thea and started pulling her towards the stairs.

Thea could barely move in embarrassment. She knew that her whole face had to be bright red. At least it was Brae's dad who had caught them and not anybody else.

"I think you two might be better off going out, getting some fresh air. Calming down" Henry smiled as he sat down. He had a look in his eye though as he said the last bit to his son.

"Yes dad, we will go out." Brae changed direction and pulled her out the door. Sighing he breathed deeply before looking over her with a smile.

"That was a close one."

"Brae how embarrassing, now your dad knows. Put your shirt back on." Thea couldn't believe they had been caught. She hadn't been thinking at all in the living room. She didn't know if she would be able to look Henry in the eyes again. Looking around she tried to covertly fix her clothing

"Where are we going now that you have got us kicked out of the house?" Thea looked around. She had been enjoying what was happening inside and was a little bummed that they had be interrupted.

"Now we can go on our non-date." Brae happily walked to his truck.

Groaning Thea wished she could have been this attracted to anyone else. There was no way Brae was ever going to take her rules seriously. She knew in her head what they were doing was bound to end badly.

Especially with Brae trying to make everything into something more. Watching him from the porch, standing with the door open beckoning her over. Thea couldn't help herself, he was too cute.
