An aerial view of Sun Do in Outworld appears with Manado viewing the city and its citizens as Liu Kang narrates.
"Manado Chujin. Protector of Outworld. My brother in arms. Together, we shaped the realms towards a better future. And one where he could at long last, live a life of peace." Liu Kang narrates.
Manado then can be seen greeting Liu Kang and the others at the portal.
"Lord Liu Kang." Manado says.
"It pleases me to see you again, my friend." Liu Kang says.

"And in that peace, came forth a new chapter in Manado's long life, raising his family." Liu Kang Narrates.
Manado's children, Zaveer and Talion, can be seen approaching him and embracing him in a hug.
"But now threats emerge to tear them apart." Liu Kang narrates.
Zaveer can be seen standing with in front of Sindel as she sits on her throne, glaring at his Father and Sister.
"How could you betray us like this?! We were family!" Zaveer asks.
"We are Family." Manado replies.
"Not Anymore!" Zaveer yells.

Talion can be seen with Manado in the living forest.
"I don't want our family torn apart like this." Talion says.
"And I promise that it won't be. We just have to hold out hope." Manado assures.

Manado, Zaveer, and Talion can be seen at the Ying Temple facing up against Ermac.
"You will fall like the rest of your comrades." Ermac says.
Manado's eyes then glow red.
"I don't think so." Manado says.
Manado, Zaveer, and Talion then assume their fighting stances, all their eyes and arms glowing with red, purple, and blue energy.
