Hi! I tried my best but I don't know if it's okay. Huhu. Honestly, wala pa akong planong mag-update. I wanted to finish editing Moving Into the Monster's House muna sana kaso I'm stuck at the chapter that I'm currently rewriting. So I tried na lang kung makakapagsulat ba ako for this one and this is the result. Tell me what you think okay?

"AJ, I..." I started but AJ immediately cut me off.
"Lauryn, you don't need to say anything. I just want us to enjoy this date. No pressure, no worries." He said as he started the engine of the car again.
"Pwede bang pagsalitain mo muna ako?! Lagi mo na lang akong pinuputol e! Nakakapikon ka na ah!" Sigaw ko sa kanya. Magmamaneho na sana ulit siya pero napatigil siya bigla nang dahil sa sigaw ko.
"AJ, alam ko naman na immature ako. Sometimes, I make stupid decisions. Wala ring filter yung bibig ko. Hindi ko alam kung ano ang nagustuhan mo sa akin e. You could have easily treated me as a little sister but you chose not to do so. I won't make this very long pero AJ, bakit ako?" Tanong ko sa kanya. Natahimik kami pareho dahil sa naging tanong ko. Sa totoo lang kasi, hindi ko rin talaga maintindihan e. Naguguluhan ako sa nararamdaman ko.
"When you like someone, you couldn't really pinpoint a reason as to why you liked him or her. And that's the case with you Lauryn. Hindi ko alam kung bakit sa dinami-rami ng babae sa mundo, ikaw ang nagustuhan ko pero hindi ako nagrereklamo. I am more than happy that it's you. You make me go crazy and I don't know if I could last a day without you." My heart instantly fluttered upon hearing his answer. Ano bang ginawa ko para magustuhan ako ng katulad ni AJ?
Hindi na ako nakasagot sa sinabi ni AJ. He took that as a cue to drive again. Tahimik pa rin kami sa biyahe pero hindi na siya awkward katulad nung kanina. Siguro dahil na rin sa sigurado kaming okay na kami ngayon. Mahirap i-explain yung nararamdaman ko ngayon pero I know that it's a good one.
After a few minutes, dumating na rin kami sa pupuntahan namin. Nag-park na si AJ tapos umikot agad siya ng sasakyan para pagbuksan ako ng pinto. As I took his hand, a smile formed on my lips. It's as if tama ang lahat ng nangyayari ngayon.
"So we went all the way to BGC just to eat at a fastfood chain? Wow AJ. I really don't know what to say." I said, not even bothering to filter my words. Hindi ko talaga kasi alam kung anong dapat i-react. Pinaglololoko yata ako nitong lalaki na 'to e.
"Well, I heard they still have the complete set of minions that you were eyeing on for days so I brought you here to be able to buy those little creatures." AJ answered while trying his best not to laugh due to my reaction.
"Umayos ka nga! Isa na lang kaya kulang ko do'n! Bibilhin na raw ni kuya mamaya. He promised me saka kakakain ko lang when you decided to kidnap me again a while ago." Sagot ko sa kanya and he looked like he just lost his puppy. Halatang halata sa itsura niya na nalungkot siya sa sinabi ko. I guess basag trip yata talaga ako ngayon. But it's his fault naman e! He didn't even ask kung meron na ba ako nung minions.
"Hey, cheer up! Don't act as if it's the end of the world. I really appreciate the thought but yeah, you're kind of late already." I said as I patted him on the shoulder. Hindi ko talaga napigilan ang sarili ko kaya pinagtawanan ko pa siya pagkatapos. Hindi pa rin talaga siya maka-move on e.
"AJ, come on! Don't be a drama king. What's the next on your list?" I asked him as enthusiastic as I could. AJ then looked at me.
"Are you sure you still want to continue? Baka mamaya napuntahan mo na 'yon o kaya hindi mo pala trip yung pupuntahan natin." He answered at halatang malungkot pa rin siya dahil sa minions.
"Kung nakapunta man na ako doon before, it's okay. This time will be different. We're in this together right?"
"Okay. Let's go to the Mind Museum!" He said as he took my hand and we ran back to his car. Mind Museum huh? I guess he really has a thing for museums.
AJ drove as fast as he could papunta sa museum. Hindi ko alam kung bakit pero mukha siyang bata sa sobrang excitement na ipinapakita niya. I know I should be irritated because of the way he's acting but the heck. I think I'm finding him adorkable. He's too cute when he gets excited!
Like what he did a while ago, umikot agad siya sa sasakyan niya pagka-park niya ng sasakyan para pagbuksan ako ng pinto. This time, I gladly held his hand and we went straight to the entrance.
"Hey, wait up! Wala pa tayong tickets." I said while trying to catch my breath. Tumakbo kasi kami agad papunta sa entrance. AJ, on the other hand, just brought out two tickets from his pocket. Darn it. He really prepared for this huh?
"Okay fine. Let's go!" I told him and he just grinned like a fool. Napailing na lang ako dahil doon. He's really weird but I like him like that. Maybe, two weirdos are really meant to be together to be able to share something special.
The moment we entered the museum, I was overwhelmed with what I saw. Saying that it's awesome would be an understatement. It was too cool for words. I may not be good with science but everything was really, really cool and awesome and brilliant and amazing! It's like bringing out the geek in every person and we're not an exception.
After trying everything that the museum has to offer, AJ and I headed for the exit hand in hand. We were smiling like crazy the whole time. I didn't know going to museums would be as fun as this. Or maybe it was because of the person that I'm with. He does a way to make the boring seem exciting.
"Hey AJ, wait up." I told him and he stopped walking. "Thank you for this day. I didn't expect it to be this fun."
"I would do everything just to see you smile like that. Take my word for it. Let's go to our next destination?" He answered and I felt myself blush. The heck. He really has a way with words, just like my dad. Oh god. Nagpaturo ba siya kay daddy?!
Hindi na ako nakasagot sa tanong ni AJ. Instead, I let him lead the way to his car then I immediately pulled out my phone to text my dad.
To: Daddy
Dad!!! Nag-uusap ba kayo ni AJ lately?
After a few seconds, he replied agad.
From: Daddy
Not really. Why? Is there something wrong?
To: Daddy
Nothing. I was just wondering if you're teaching him the moves that you used with mom.
From: Daddy
He doesn't need to hear it from me. AJ knows what he does. Sa nakikita at naririnig ko, it seems like everything that he says and does comes from his heart. Yung mga ganyang bagay, hindi madadaan sa coaching. Mahirap turuan ang puso. I didn't know that this day would come but Kat, you're lucky to have AJ.
To: Daddy
Stop it dad! You're making me cry! Huhu.

I love you sweetheart. Enjoy your date! ;)
"Wait, what?! Paano niya nalaman?" I asked myself but apparently, masyado palang napalakas yung boses ko.
"Lauryn, what's wrong?" AJ asked me as he parked his car.
"Bakit alam ni daddy na may date tayo?" Tanong ko kay AJ. He smiled upon hearing my question. It's as if he's expecting this question from me.
"Hindi lang naman ako kay Liam nagpapaalam tuwing lumalabas tayo e. I make sure that I have the blessing of tito and tita."
"Oh god. You're unbelievable!"
"But you like me anyway." He immediately answered and I was left speechless.
