It was cold all of a sudden. All the warmth from Arthur's body left him a shivering thing. Suddenly the warmth captured him again and he felt like he was being carried. Landing on something soft and fluffy not a minute later he immediately relaxed. Something slid down beside him and held him tightly. As he groggily opened his eyes after who knows how long he found a sleeping American next to him.

"Oh god." Arthur panicked checking himself to make sure he didn't do anything and relaxing once he knew he was fine.

The Americans grip was like steel refusing to let Arthur go. Almost as if Arthur was its life line and letting go meant death. Arthur chuckled a bit and snuggled close to the American.

"He is rather cute once he shuts up." Arthur snickered.

Eventually he got out of the Americans grip and began to look around Alfred's bedroom. Of course the idiot had a American flag over the bed.

"I can't believe I slept under that." Arthur mumbled and continued to look around.

There were pictures all over the walls of him and Matthew and what looked to be there parents. Although in one picture Alfred has a different dad than the others. Also Matthew wasn't in that one. Realization hit him that Matthew must be his step brother. Yet they both looked so alike it was hard to believe they are not twins. Sure enough Arthur turned to a calendar on the wall to see it was already marked up. He began flipping through it to see that Alfred's birthday is on the 4th of July.

"No wonder he loves America so much." He laughed.

Sure enough Matthews birthday was on July 1st.

"Isn't that the day Canada left the British empire?" Arthur wondered.

Accidentally Arthur bumped into a book that was resting on Alfred's desk near the calendar. He picked up the book to see it was date from yesterday.

August 24th 2015,

I can't believe it! I think I found him. After all these years I think I found the boy I spent all my time looking for. I still can't believe he was 8 when he left. I was only 5 at the time and yet he left something on my heart. I knew I had to find him I just hope he still remembers me the way I remember him.

-Alfred

"Who was this person Alfred found?" Arthur whispered.

"Artie?" Alfred groaned.

Arthur scrambled trying to put the book back without making too much noise.

"Yes love?" He asked softly.

"Why did you leave I miss you." Alfred pouted.

"Git." Arthur laughed as he laid back down with Alfred.

Softly Alfred began to kiss Arthur causing him to turn red.

"Alfie what are you doing." Arthur blushed.

"Nothin." He mumbled as he continued to kiss Arthur.

Arthur began to kiss back passionately and before he knew it Alfred was slipping off his vest. In return Arthur pull Alfred's shirt over his head blushing once he saw his chest.

" 'joying the view?" Alfred asked with is accent kicking in.

"Very much." Arthur smirked and be an tracing Alfred's muscle.

Alfred arched his back at the smaller mans touch with eyes of lust. When suddenly the door opened.

"Hey Al do you guys want? Oh my god! Ewww!! Alfred what the fuck!!" Matthew cried and ran from the room.

"Fucking cock-block." Alfred mumbled.

Alfred slipped his shirt back on while Arthur began re doing the buttons on his shirt and slipped his vest over. Looking at each other in embarrassment. Suddenly Alfred walks over and hugs Arthur from behind resting his head on the shorter mans shoulder.

"Well guess it was fun while it lasted." He whispered to Arthur with a hint of southern still in his voice.

"You git come on Matthew is waiting for us." Arthur mumbled turning red.

Alfred grabbed Arthur's hand and they began walking to the kitchen together to see Matthew still beet red.

"Mattie don't worry we didn't do anything." Alfred laughed.

"Git! He still saw us and it's rude to bring it up so easily." Arthur scolded.

They looked to Matthew to see him smiling with tears in his eyes.

"Mattie? Are you ok?" Alfred panicked.

"I'm so happy for you Alfred. You were never this happy or open with anyone but me before. I'm so happy you found him." Matthew cried.

Blush tinted Arthur's face. But then he remembered Alfred found someone from his childhood. What if he likes them more than him? Would Alfred leaves him for this other person?

Seeing Arthur's distress Alfred ran over and hugged him tightly.

"I guess your right Mattie. I wouldn't change him for anyone else in the world." Alfred laughed holding Arthur tighter.
