I never expected to reach a read count like that... you guys are amazing! Thanks so much for reading this crazy book thing that's not a book, I really appreciate it :)

Anywho, descriptions can make or break a book.

Some people overly describe things, for example this passage:

I picked at the hem of my purple shirt with the word 'PURPLE' on it in caps, slowly sliding it off my body. My bright pink tank top with smiley faces is revealed and contrasts deeply with my pale white skin. I waddle to my closet, being careful to cover up my torso and chest. It's not like I have any cleavage, but I still don't want anyone to see even though my bedroom is firmly shut, not to mention locked. Anyways, a rainbow of colors are seen as I slowly open up my closet and a mess of random pieces of clothing are heaped in the corner. I slowly unravel the heap and find a bright blue halter dress. I slowly pull it over my head, smoothing out each and every wrinkle as it falls over my thighs. I find a pair of brown knee-high boots and slowly pull them over each foot. Oh, did I mention that I also painted my toenails red? THEY LOOK SO COOL-

You know what? It was horrifying to write that paragraph thing. I mean, the paragraph could have been shortened a bit. Plus, there isn't a need to describe every single wrinkle of every single sequin of every single shirt you own.

However, I also hate it when there isn't enough description, for example:

I strode over to my wardrobe and put on a dress.

-.-😬-.- 😬-.- 😬-.- 😬-.-😬 -.- <- yes, that's me grimacing.

Also, what's up with the no kissing thing? It seems like you can never describe kissing as 'kissing'. It's always:

My lips touched his soft lips... and something to do with tongues

Oh goodness, no...

And then this happens:

He inserts his you know what into my you know what and we do a little dance.

So umm... he inserted his spear into your heart? Sounds nice.

Oh, and I almost forgot the power of the smirk.

He smirked and said it again, "baby... I- I love you."

She smirked and said, "I love you too."

Yippee... smirking is all anyone does nowadays, especially in Wattpad books. So is anyone excited for the smirking party?

-.-😬-.- 😬-.- 😬-.- 😬-.-😬 -.- <- That's me grimacing again.
