I think I understand Uncle Grandpa now. I was at Mass, (long story, don't want to talk about it) which is basically what Catholics call their church service, and the priest, who we call Father, was calling us 'brother' and 'sister', so if I had a child, Father Paul would be their uncle and grandpa.
