'This needs to stop, now.' My fist came in contact with the table as I slammed it down hard.
'You need to shut your mouth, if I've willed this plan to work, then it is going to work.'
'You've been trying to shoot him down for the past few months, and nothing has changed. He's still out there, unharmed while you're just moping around making stupid excuses and living off of your dad's money. I don't see anything worth trusting in someone who's lazier than the person they're after.'
'You're one to talk. Who's been living off of their daddy's credit card most of their life without a worry in the world?'
'Both of us, you douche bag. I've actually been living on my own for a few years; I was kicked out for some idiot who spread the word that I was pregnant. Anyways, the point is that you need to find a different approach, Taehyung.' An exasperated huff left my lips as I bit down on my bottom lip.
'Or else your dad will stop supporting us for good and we won't have a home anymore.'
He tossed the newspaper he had been reading on the wooden breakfast table in front of him. The entire table shook as he knocked off the expensive pieces of China glasses and silverware.
I merely stared wide-eyed while the shards of glass began to spin in their broken state.
'Do us both a favor and shut the hell up.' Standing, he reached for his coat and stormed to the entrance of the kitchen.
Managing to spit out another comment before leaving left me in an enraged state.
'Clean the mess up while you're at it; the floor is where you belong after all.'
The door was shut, and the tears finally flooded in. I wiped them away angrily while picking up the fragmented glass.

'So, now you carry the three over and it's added to these numbers in this row.' The pen stabbed the paper, leaving ink marks on the problem itself.
'But, if you carry this then-'
I jumped slightly as a knock came from the front door that interrupted our mathematics session.
'Stay here and finish this problem.' He handed me the pen, then stood to walk over to open the door.
I could see the tall physique of Chul-su standing outside of the doorway. His eyes peered into the room nervously, but I couldn't hear their muffled exchange of words.
Chewing the top of the pen, his gaze finally landed on me and the worry in his eyes intensified.
Both took a look at me and I went back to trying to focus on the problem instead.
Yoongi stepped out for a second, closing the door behind them to shut out any chances of me listening in. I was a bit concerned as to what was going on. There was never really a dull moment here; something was always going on or someone was always being threatened.
The numbers on the page stared back at me tauntingly, knowing that I was struggling with solving the system. It seemed that no matter what I plugged in, nothing was working for me. I hadn't wanted to disappoint him, so I began to scribble away at the equation again.
Moments later, Yoongi walked back in and headed straight for his desk. He grabbed a large portfolio with several pens and note papers before turning to me.
'Emergency meeting, I'll be back soon.'
Chul-su took hold of Yoongi's sweater and they two of them left together.
It was utterly unfair that I was always excluded from the interesting news circulating around, but I suppose that's the price of being a measly worker.
Sighing, I got up from the seat as well and headed towards the door. I walked out into the hall and down the stairs, just in time to see the both of them leaving.
'Were you planning on following them?' A voice sounded from behind me. Swiftly, I turned around and found Jungkook staring at the door they had exited from.
'N-no, I was just coming down to see what I could do. There's not much in his room...'
'Shall we follow them? I bet you're curious to see where they're going, and frankly, I am too.'
'We can't! What if we're caught? He'll kill me if he finds out we've been stalking him.' I put my hands up defensively, trying to keep him from advancing any further towards the door.
'Fine, well let's find something to do then.'
'What did you have in mind?'
A grin brightened up his face, and suddenly I was nervous.
'Let's pay the cook a visit.'
Guiding me behind the bar, we entered through the flapped doors and I was appalled at the size. The white walls and stainless steel counters had seemed to glow in the bright lighting. No cook was in sight but a large water of boiling water was placed on a hot stove.
'Let's bake something, I want sweets right now.' As if having done this several times in the past, Jungkook reached in a pantry below and removed a large gray pan and a pin roller. Next, he extracted dough that seemed to be pre-made from the cooling unit along with flower from another pantry.
'Can you open the flour for me?' While unwrapping the dough, he handed me an apron and tied one around his waist.
I ripped the flour package open and waved off the puff that shot straight up before handing it to him.
He reached deep into the paper bag filled with flour, seeming to grab a handful. The next moment, a rain of powder was thrown as me, covering my clothing and myself in a cake of white flour.
Gasping, I stepped back and cleared some away from my eyes and face. Jungkook's laughter rang throughout the spacious area of the kitchen, his right hand still covered in the substance.
Quickly, I took advantage of his hunched position and grabbed some of the flour as well before giving him the same treatment.
'Why, you- come here!' His joking tone sounded off as he reached out for me, but I was nimble. Chasing after me, we ended up on opposite sides of the long counter. As I took a step to the right, he followed, trying to capture me. I couldn't help myself from doubling over in laughter as he exaggerated a serious face.
Running to the other side, he lunged for me and brought me to the floor with him.
Our giggles had prevented us from looking out our positions; he had my wrists pinned above my head to stop me from escaping.
Finally coming to our senses, his eyes went wide before he stumbled off, clearing his throat in an awkward manner.
'Yeah, sorry, that was a cheap shot.'
'Jungkook, look at the mess we've made.
Gazing around the room, the counters and floor was covered in the white flours. He smiled once more, licking his lips in amusement and looking up at me.
'Round two?'
