Avi paused, looking up at Scott with wide eyes. *Oh, my god.* He didn't want anyone to find out about that yet.

"Thanks," he mumbled as he took the clothes from Scott and hurried to the bathroom to change. Luckily, he got out of the room before Scott could question him anymore.

Avi started the shower and grabbed a towel from the cabinet. Maybe he should tell Scott about the feelings he's having for Mitch.

Avi stripped of his clothing and stepped into the shower. The whole time he couldn't think about anything else except what Scott had told him.

"You love Mitch."

That was true. Avi cared so much for the small man, which is why he protected him so well. He wouldn't-- couldn't-- let anything happen to him.

Avi stepped out of the shower and dried himself off, pulling on the clothes Scott leant to him.

"I gotta tell Scott.."

---

"Scott, I need to talk to you.." Avi said as he walked out to the wide open area. Scott looked up from his phone and nodded, patting the seat next to him.

Avi sat down, playing with his fingers as he tried to distract himself. "You.. You were right," he began. "I do love Mitch."

Scott smiled softly at Avi, and nodded his head. "I knew it all along. I think we all did. Kevin, Kirstie, and I have been waiting for the day when you finally admit it to one another."

Avi shook his head as he laughed a bit. "You guys are crazy." He got quiet and then spoke once more. "I don't think I'm going to tell him anytime soon.. I need to wait until he's ready."

Scott nodded in agreement once more. "He'll come around eventually. With the way he's obsessed with you, I'm sure it won't take him long." Scott tried to make light of the situation.

Avi looked up at the gaming controllers beside the TV. He then looked at Scott, who smirked when he knew what Avi was thinking.

"Oh, I'm so going to crush you."

----

Scott and Avi were tied, and whoever got these last few points was the winner. They were running out of time, and was almost finished when Avi heard small whimpers coming from the bedroom in the hallway.

He paused the game, and Scott-- who hadn't heard Mitch-- groaned. "Why'd you-"

"Shh." Avi pointed at the hallway. "It's Mitch."

He got up again when Mitch whimpered some more, and walked to the bedroom. He opened the door and when he saw Mitch crying softly, it broke his heart.

"My poor Mitchy.."
