Jeff's POV

"You're such a pain." She glared at me swiping at my hand. "Hey you're not that great either." I teased. "I'm the best." She teased back in a prideful way making me snicker. "We used to date." I blurted out. "No way." She looked at me surprised. I half smiled. "That's what I thought too...a girl like you with someone like me...I couldn't believe you said yes to me." I turned to her. She was red from a blush. "Oh come on...don't be so hard on yourself." She said awkwardly. I rolled my eyes at her. "Before that though, back to when we were neighbors, you were 12 and I was 13....I kissed you at your house on the-" she cut me off. "On the staircase." She said and I looked to her in shock again. She had a thinking expression. "When you tell me things like this I get certain pictures in my head." She explained. "What do you see?" I asked eagerly. "A stair well and giant grandfather clock that's at the end of the stairs...And...that's it." She opened her eyes and frowned. "Sorry." She mumbled. I sighed and tried to realize it was her fault, she was probably just as frustrated as I was. "That's okay." I said giving her a half smile. She returned the half smile and looks back out into the forest. I took this time to think and suddenly it hit me. "She's slowly remembering things...that means she going to remember what I did her her!" I panicked in my mind. "What else can you tell me?" She interrupted my train of thought. "Uh...n-nothing right now I have to talk to Slender." I said shaking my head and turning to walk away. "Wait!" She exclaimed and pulled me back by the wrist, I wiped around to face her not realizing how close we were going to be. She was pressed right against my chest. "I have another question." She mumbled slightly and blushed. She took a step back. "Hurry, ask." I said anxiously. I had to talk to slender about this before she remembers anything more. "Am I a good killer?" She cocked her head to the side, an expression appeared on her face letting me know she was truly concerned about it. I smiled. "You're the second best baby." I winked at her and turned to walk away again. "Wait! Who's the first?" She asked confused. I turned around to look at her as I opened the door. "Me of course." I smirked, I saw her chuckle and roll her eyes just before I closed the door.

I stood in front of the closed door smiling to myself like idiot. I wanted everything to go back to how it was...I wanted her to be mine again. I frowned and I quickly turned around and jogged up the stairs and all the way to Slenders office. I frantically knocked and called to him. "Slender open up I need to talk to you!" It was quiet for a minute before the door was pulled open. "Yes?" He said looking down at me. "What seems to be troubling you?" He added. I pushed my way past him and sat in one of his chairs making my myself comfortable. I heard him sigh. "She remembering things." I stated bluntly. "That's wonderful." He said making me think he was smiling. "No, not wonderful. She's going to remember what I did and she's going to hate me and THEN ONE OF HE OTHER FUCKS DOWN STAIRS WILL TAKE HER FROM ME!" I said standing up an slam my fists down on his desks. Slender 'stared' at me and I sighed frustrated taking my fists off his desk. "Don't you suppose you tell her then? Before she finds out herself...perhaps she would be even more upset that you didn't tell her at all." Slender clasped his hands behind his back and walked over to the window. I thought about it for a while. "When should I tell her?" I asked hesitantly. It fell quiet. "Whenever you feel is most appropriate...though sooner would be better." He hummed. "Why didn't you tell me this was going to happen?..." I looked down at his desk as I hovered over it. "Child, I did not plan for this to happen...never in a million years have I thought you'd fall in love to the point where passion drives you to love instead of kill." Slender explained. I was trying not to get offended by that considering I knew slender meant it in a good way. "In all honesty, child, you know this is forbidden and under my behalf I say you've made the right choice, you didn't kill her therefore making her immoral and quite frankly under my circumstances I can not afford to lose a dedicated and skilled killer like herself." He added and that's when it hit me. Slender wanted her immortal the whole time so she could officially be one of us. Me falling in love with her was just a bonus and pretty much a win win situation for both me and Slender. "I see." I said looking up to slender. "Anyways...to answer your question, yes, yes perhaps it is best you tell her." Slender nodded turning back to look at me. I sighed. "How should I start?" I blurted out loud. The room fell silent. "Well...I really don't know how to help with that...the best advice I could possibly give you in this situation is not to get to close to her before telling her. Tell her before your friendship sparks or...your love frenzy arises." Slender spoke making me think he was smirking and teasing me about it. I felt my face turn red but I remained stern. "Okay." I said nodding my head and turning towards the door. "And Jeff..." Slender started making turn slightly to look at him over my shoulder. "About the others...if Y/n truly loves you she'll reminder the feeling she had whenever she's with you...you shouldn't worry about the worries." Slender said looking at me with his hands still clasped behind his back. I half smiled at that news and nodded. "Thanks" I replied and left his office.
