Elizabeth regretted agreeing with Allison and Lydia to shop for the formal. Not only did she hate dress shopping, she hated dances.

"You're going to cancel on whoever is taking you, and you're going to go with someone else."
"What do you mean?" Lydia asked. "Who?"

Elizabeth followed Allison's stare, and they watched as Stiles smelled some of the perfume samples, sneezing as he stumbled back.

As they went on for dresses, Elizabeth's eyes scanned a rack of dresses. She sighed to herself as she picked through the rack, her fingers on a black dress.
Picking it up from the rack, she examined it. It was a silk dress that ended a few inches above her knees, and it flowed as the top was made like a tank-top. Silver sequins lined the U of the chest, and she bit her lip.

"Allison?" She asked, turning around. She looked around when she wasn't there, and Elizabeth froze.

Taking Allison's hand and holding it to a light colored dress, Peter Hale stood, observing her skin tone. Allison looked around uncomfortably, and swallowed.

As a woman announced something over the loud speaker, Allison said something before running off, and she watched as Peter walked away.

The evening of the formal, Elizabeth stood in front of her mirror in her dress, and her hair curled. She leaned down to pull her heels on, and someone knocked on the door.

Argent walked in, smiling. "Look at you."
She sighed. "Look at me."
He took her appearance in before holding her hands in his. "Sour subject, but have you seen Kate at all?"
"No. Why?" She asked.
"She isn't answering my calls, and she's been gone for a few days a lot."

"Lets hope wherever she is, she'll stay there."
Chris laughed before kissing his daughters forehead. "I want you to have fun night. This is your senior year, and you deserve to live for a night."

He turned around to leave, but she grabbed him and hugged him tightly. "Thank you."
He didn't say anything as he hugged her back tightly.

She picked up a ride from Stiles, who was taking Lydia, and they arrived to the school.
"You look great, Liz." Stiles told her as he helped Lydia out of the car.
She just smiled. "Thanks, Stiles."

Elizabeth fell back behind the others as they all walked in arm-in-arm, and she folded her hands.

Music blasted through the gym as everyone danced around, and Stiles looked back at her. "Do you want a drink?"
She nodded. "Thanks."

She stood near Lydia, who smiled. "You're dress is adorable."
"Your's is a lot better." She said.

She looked around the gym to see Allison with Jackson, and she smiled. She felt a wave of contentment watching her have fun.

She gasped as Coach Finstock stormed and pushed through people around her, chasing after Scott while shouting "McCall" the more he ran from her. A sophomore stumbled back, and their cup of punch spilled on Elizabeth's dress.

"Oh my god - I am so sorry!" She said, freaking out as Elizabeth shivered at the cold liquid.
"It's not your fault, It's okay. Don't worry." She said, smiling. She pushed through people and walked outside, into the hallway.

She looked towards the opened doors, seeing a figure walking onto the field.
She blinked several times and examined the familiar dress. "Lydia?"

Stiles ran out, looking at her. "Where's Lydia?"
She pointed, and they both stared as someone began walking towards her.

Peter.

"No!" Elizabeth screamed, running as fast she could. She felt her feet ache as the heels she wore hugged her skin tight, but she focused on the fact that Peter was drawing close to her.
"LYDIA!" Stiles screamed. "RUN!"

As she turned back around, her eyes widened as Peter's teeth enlarged, and he attacked her.
As Lydia's body fell to the ground, Elizabeth stopped, but Stiles didn't.
Elizabeth lifted the side of her dress, and pulled her gun out from the side of her covers. She loaded it as Stiles began to beg Peter not to kill her.

"Of course not." Peter said. "Just tell me how to find Derek."
"What?" He asked.
Peter stroked Lydia's hair with his claw. "Tell me how to find Derek."
"I-I don't know that - how would I know that?"

"Stiles." Elizabeth warned, holding her gun at Peter.
"I will rip her apart." He warned.
Elizabeth exhaled shakily before placing the gun on her hip again.

"I think he knew."
"Knew what?"
"I think he knew he was going to be caught." Stiles said. "By the Argent's?"
"What?" Elizabeth asked. "What do you mea -"

Elizabeth stopped, and she thought for a second.
Allison had bee acting strange the entire week Derek was gone, and left when Kate did.

Elizabeth sprinted back towards the school, her legs covered in mud as she walked inside. She pushed through people until she reached Scott and Allison.
"Where is he?" She asked, gripping Allison's arms.
"What?" She asked.
"Where is Derek!" She shouted, gripping tighter.

"I'm not telling you."
"Damn it!" She yelled. "Tell me now!"
Allison looked at Scott, who stared at her; she knew where he was.

Allison looked back at Elizabeth, and swallowed.
