Second chance: Part 8

"Hey Ziva, how are you feeling?" He says with a big smile. "Tony" Ziva says very low, almost whispers. "Everything is okay." Tony presses the emergency button on the side of the bed. The doctor walks into the room a minute later. He stands next to the bed, "Miss David, do you know where you are?" "Hospital" whispering Ziva. "Good." He replies and shines a small light into her eyes. After that the doctor checked her heartbeat and her blood lost. "Everything seems turned out right. I'll be back in an hour again." He says and walk away.

"Tony, what happened?" Whispers Ziva. "Hm... I shooted the dealer and then she shooted you. I'm so glad you are alive, I don't know what I would do without you." "You are so sweet" she says and kiss him on his cheek. An hous later walks the doctor in again. "I've discossed it with my collagues, and after you have spend two nights here, you are able to go home. But you are not allowed to work on a month and you need someone who stays with you. But you are doing very well for someone who lost so much blood." "I can stay with you if you want" says Tony. "Okay thank you." "That is good." The doctor says. He walks out right after. "Thank you Tony" whispers Ziva. "Thank you for what?" ask Tony gently. "For being here with me, everything." Tony smiled. It's quiet for a couple minutes. "Can you lay here with me? I don't want to be alone right now." Says Ziva low. "Sure, if you want me to." He stratched his legs out on the bed. "Thank you" Ziva says and lay her head on Tony's chest and wrapped her arms around him. "You are never alone, I'm just a phone call away" he says and kissed her on the forhead. They both fell asleep some minutes later.

Tony wakes up because of Ziva is moving in her sleep. "Abba, abba. Abba" she says in her sleep then she start crying. It's just a month ago Eli died. Since that she haven't been herself, she have been in her own world and not focused. Also very weak. She haven't slept so much, she have had many nightmares. "Ziva, Ziva. Zi wake up." Ziva jumps up and looked at Tony. "It's ok Ziva." He says and pull her closer to him. She started to crying again. "Ziva." He wrapped his arms around her and she snuggled up close. "It's just a bad dream." "I know... But..." "Ziva it's okay." He replies and kiss her on her forhead. "I know your last month has been tough, but as I said on the air port, at lo levad. I won't let anything happen to you Zi." Tony fell asleep a few minutes after that. But Ziva was still awake and were thinking over what Tony had said. He is the only one who have seen me crying so much and seen me so weak. He have always been there for me, he is one of the few people who understand me. He have help me through things that is tough, I don't think I would have made it through this month without him. I haven't seen it on 8 years, I should at least seen it when we was undercover our first time, 5 years ago. He may be annoying sometimes but he is a part of my life. I can't live without him. I love Tony. But he don't feel same way for me... Thought Ziva and fell asleep.
