Gibbs, McGee and Abby was outside looking for Ziva. The rain poured down. They had been looking for her over 30 minutes. McGee and Abby were freezing and went home. Gibbs continue to look after her. It was completely dark outside now and Gibbs walked home too. He opened his door and took of off his wet jacket. He walked to the kitchen and saw Ziva lying on the couch, soaking wet. He walked over to her. "We have been looking for you" he said calmly as he took a blanket. "I'm sorry Gibbs" she finally said. "Rule 6, never say your sorry." She smiled slightly. Gibbs sat down next to her and she laid her head in his lap. He rubbed her back without saying anything. After a long time of silence, Gibbs spoke up. "What happened between you and DiNozzo?" "Its, its hard to explain." She answered. "Try me." "He tried to calm me down..." "And?" "He told me its gonna be fine and it's in the past and I should move on. He don't understand how hard it is. It is not easy to move on. I had finally moved on from Ray, then Tom came and the nightmare began once again. I don't care of what he did to me, I care about what he forced me to do." "What did he force you to do? What happened in there?" He asked softly. "He, he raped me..." To say those words was hard and she started to cry, but she felt relieved. "Then he forced me to be...at.. Avery... He wouldn't let her go if I didn't.." Gibbs didn't say anything, he just felt sad for her. He understood she haven't had it east the last months. It was silent for a long time. Then Gibbs spoke up once again. "I'm sorry this happened to you. I should been there before it all happened. You maybe should talk to someone about this, that is not me or Tony. Maybe talk to Rachel?" "I don't need to talk to anyone. I can handle this on my own." "No you can't. Can you at least think about it?" Ziva nodded. "And Avery, she will be fine. I know it must have been terrible to beat her. But she didn't say a word about it. The first thing she said when Tom let her go was, you. She didn't care if you hurted her, she wanted you to be with her. She was afraid you would die." He said. "Really?" She sniffled. "Yes, and she misses you." She wiped away her tears and sat up. "You know its gonna be fine. Avery don't care about what happened, as long she have you. And you will get through this, your not alone. Me and Tony will be here, supporting you. But you should talk to Rachel." A smile slightly formed on her face. "I'll try" she said. "It's late and you need to rest. I'll get some dry clothes so you can sleep." He said and stood up. He walked upstairs and got some clothes. Then he walked back down to her. "Take these on and go upstairs and sleep." He said. "No I'll sleep on the couch." "It's fine Ziver. You need the rest, take the bed. See you tomorrow kid" he said, kissing her forehead. "Night abba" she said and walked upstairs as he walked down to his basement. Gibbs text Tony and told him she was fine and they could come tomorrow.

Next day

Ziva woke up in Gibbs bed the next day. Someone laid next to her. She opened her eyes and saw Avery next to herself. "Ima!" Avery screamed when she saw she was awake. Ziva smiled. "Good morning sweetie" she said and stroked her forehead. Avery hugged her tightly. "I missed you so much" Avery said. "I missed you too. How's your back?" "It doesn't hurt anymore" Avery said happy. "Thats great. I'm sorry, Avery." Avery smiled. I luv you ima." "I love you too sweetie" Ziva said and hugged her. She stroked her hair and smiled. "Shall we go down?" Ziva asked. Avery nodded. Ziva picked her up and carried her downstairs. "There are my girls" Tony said happy. "Good morning" Ziva said and let Avery down. Tony tousled Avery's hair then walked towards to Ziva. He grabbed her hand and intertwined their fingers. "I'm sorry Zi." Ziva smiled as she put her hands at the back of his head ad pressed her lips on his. Their lips met in a soft kiss and he kissed her back. They pulled back and smiled. "Ima can you do a braid on me?" Avery asked as she poke her leg. "Yes soon" she answered. She walked over to Gibbs. He handed her a cup coffee and kissed her cheek. Ziva walked over to the couch with Avery, while Gibbs gave Tony his cup. Ziva put the cup down on the table and made a braid on Avery. "Thanks ima" she said happy. "You welcome sweetheart." Avery ran out to the kitchen to show Gibbs and Tony her braid. They all walked out to Ziva some minute later. Avery climbed up on the couch next to Ziva and snuggled up close to her. Tony sat down next to them and smiled. Gibbs sat on a chair and took a sip of his coffee. Then his phone rang. "Gibbs. Ok, I'll be there.." "A case, boss?" Tony asked. "Yes but not for you two. I don't want to see either of you, on least two days. Understood?" "Yeah..." Ziva said and sighed. "Good. Stay here as long you want." Gibbs said and got up. "Bye Gibbsy" Avery said. "Bye princess" he answered and waved.

I just wanted y'all to know, this story is coming to an end soon. I think it will not be more than 80 parts. I don't have many ideas left so yeah... But I'll start writing a new tiva fanfic after because I've a lot of new ideas. And I've also start writing a new rizzles fanfic for those who are interested for that.
