"Hey Tony your awake. Are you feeling better today?" Abby walked over to the bed and hugged him gently. "Abby can you do me a favor and do something with Avery while I talk to Tony? It won't be long." "Sure. Come here Avery." "What is wrong, sweet cheeks?" "Nothing is wrong. I just want some time with you alone." She went over to his bed and laid down next to him. He pulled her into a kiss. "I've miss the taste of your lips" he said and kissed her again. "I love you Ziva." "I love you too." She cupped his face and kissed him. They both pulled apart to catch breath. "Tony" she said and laid her head on his shoulder. "Yes beautiful." "Gibbs wants me to leave Avery to some others but I can't. I can't do that to her. I promised Damon I'd take care of her, and I promised her I won't leave her. I wonder after you got out of here and are healthy again, if you maybe want to adopt Avery with me." "I'd be happy to do that. We can adopt her and move into a house. And if you still want to have a child by your own we can try, and Avery will have a sibling. I want to spend the rest of my life with you and our kid or kids." "Really?" "Really." "I love you so much, Tony." "I love you too." They kissed for some seconds then they pulled apart. "But don't let anyone know about this. I or we will talk to Gibbs later." "Ok" he said and kissed her. "I think we interrupted something here Avery" Abby laughed. Tony and Ziva spread apart and laughed. "Thanks Abs." Abby went over to the extra bed and sat down and Avery sat between Ziva and Tony. "Where is McGee?" "Gibbs needed him. You all are so cute together." Ziva smiled and kissed Tony. "When will we go home? I mean all of us. How long do you have to stay here?" "Around one week sweetheart." He said and tousle her hair. She smiled. "You want to go home?" "Yeah." "Abs can you s..." "Yes I can. Go home and have some fun." "Thanks Abs. Your best." She walked over and hugged her. Then she went back to Tony and gave him a kiss. "See you tomorrow. Love you." "Love you too sweet cheeks." "Bye Tony, Abby." Avery jumped down from the bed and walked out with Ziva.

Ziva's apartment

"I'll take a shower then I'll cook some food. Is that ok?" "Yes" she answered happy. Avery sat on the floor playing with her toys. Ziva smiled when she walked past. She walked into the bathroom and took of off her clothes. She looked into the mirror and started to tear up. She jumped into the shower and let the water run down on her body. Then she wrapped a towel around herself and got some clothes on. She dried her hair and made a braid. Then she walked out to the kitchen and started to cook some pasta and sauce. "Sweetie dinner is ready." Ziva yelled from the kitchen. Avery ran into the kitchen and sat down on a chair. "Can we watch a movie after we have eat?" "Of course." Ziva sat down next to her and they started to eat. After they ha eat Ziva took the dishes away then walked into the living room. "Will we watch a movie now?" She asked happy. "Yes sweetheart. Which movie do you want to see?" "Disney." "Have you seen Frozen?" "No." Ziva put on Frozen on netflix then made some popcorn and got something to drink. She went back out to Avery and started the movie. She sat down next to her and she rested her head on Ziva's chest. Half through the movie someone knocked on the front door. Ziva got up and walked to the door. "Oh hi Ellie." "Hi. I wonder if you can help me move my couch." "Sure. Avery I'll be back in some minutes." She went with Ellie. "So you have a daughter?" "Uh yeah you can say that." Ziva helped Ellie with the couch. "Thank you so much for the help." "No problem. You want to come over?" "Yeah sure." They went back to Ziva's apartment. "Avery this is Ellie." "Hi. What are you watching?" "Frozen. Have you seen it? I love Olaf! He is a snowman and Elsa build him. He is so cute. He loves summer. And Elsa she have some power so everything she touch get to ice. And Anna her..." Both Ziva and Ellie laughed. "It seems like a good movie." Ellie said smiling. "We will be in the kitchen sweetie." "Okay." They went out to the kitchen and talked for around one hour then Ellie went home. "Did you like the movie?" Ziva asked and sat down next to her. "Yes!" "Letss get ready for bed. It's late." Ziva walked into the bedroom and laid down in the bed. Some minutes later came Avery and crawled under the covers and laid close to Ziva. "Ziva, is it okay if I call you mommy? I love you like my own mommy." "Yes" she said smiling. "Good night sweetie." She kissed her forehead. "Night mommy." Then they fell asleep, and Ziva with a smile on her face.
