"How are you feeling DiNozzo?" Gibbs says when he walks in. "What do you think? Ziva has just been kidnapped." "We'll find her, we always do. Anything new on the case McGee?" "No not yet." He sigh. Gibs phone rings. "I'll come." Then he hung up. "Abby got something, come on DiNozzo." They went down to Abby's lab and Tony got attacked by a big hug of Abby. "i'm sorry Tony. We will find her, I promis." She whispers. "Abs what do ya got?" "Ok, so I ran the blood on the knife and it belong to Ziva. Unfortunately there are no fingerprints on the knife. The kidnapper used gloves. The photo of her was taken at the crime scene, which mean that they have followed her everywhere. I haven't get any useful from the note yet. But I search your and Ziva's apartment and I found microphones and a camera. In your apartment I found a microphone in the bedroom and one in your living room. Same thing in Ziva's apartment and the camera was in the living room aswell." Tony turned very pale. "That mean they have planned this for a while right?" He stammers. "Yes." "Is it impossible that it can be something with the case?" Gibbs ask. "Maybe. I'll look at the microphones and the camera and see if I can get anything from it." "Good work" Gibbs gave her a kiss on her cheek then he and Tony went back up. "I want you to stay here today." But Gibbs." "No just for today. Then we will see tomorrow. It's safer here." Tony nods and sigh.

"Wake them up. I'll be there in a minute. And hold Ziva hard, she have been Mossad." "Yes sir." The two men walk out into their room. The leader watched the screen when they enters the room then he leave the room too. "Well well well... I said you would leave her alone." He says when he walk in. The two men hold Ziva up and Avery had hugged up to Damon. The leader hit Damon a couple of times. Avery cried and went over to a corner. "Hey stop!" Ziva yells. The leader had a hoodie on so she couldn't see the face but she recognize the voice. "You want me too stop? Then he wouldn't touch you." He hit him again then he turns around to Ziva and take down his hoodie. "R-Ray" she stammers. "You missed me?" He ask and kicked Damon in the side of his stomach. "RAY" Damon laid on the floor and waited for ray to hit him again. "Ray I'm doing whatever you ask me to if you let them go." "I don't think so. You will do whatever I say anyway." "What makes you thin that?" She spat. "Because otherwise you won't see mr. DiNozzo again." "If you touch him I'll kill you!" "Ok calm down." He said and walked closer to her. He put his hands around her waist and kissed her cheek. "I'll think over what you said but yeah I don't promis anything." He kissed her cheek again. "Hold her a bit longer." Ray says. He went over to Damon and kicked and beated him some more times. "You stay away from her, understood." Damon nodded. His body hurted a lot and he had blood running down from his face. "Let her go." The men let Ziva go and they walked out with Ray. Ziva ran over to Avery and calmed her down a bit. "Don't come closer." Damon says as Ziva walk closer to him. "I don't care, you are hurted. You need help. They can hurt me, I don't care about that." She sat down next to him. Damon smiled sligtly at her. His body was sore after everything. "Do me a favor and take care of Avery if I'm dying." He whispers in her ear. "I'll but you won't die." She whispers back. Avery crawled over to them. "How are you daddy?" "I'm fine sweetie." She sat down next to Ziva and ziva wrapped one arm around her. Avery rested her head on Ziva's chest as she slowly fell asleep. Ziva smiled at the little girl as she rubbed Damons back. He slowly fell asleep too. Then it was only Ziva who was awake.
