"Tony, Ziva" Gibbs said as he looked up. "Hi Gibbs" Ziva said. "Tim can you keep an eye on Avery while we are talking to Gibbs?" Tony asked. "You are gonna talk to me too" a voice said behind them. They both turned around. "Vance, hello" They both said. "My office now, you three." "Avery, me and Tony will be soon back. You can sit at my desk and McGee will be here all time." Avery walked over to Ziva's desk and Tony, Ziva and Gibbs followed Vance to his office. "Sit down." They sat down around the table. "I'll just let you talk to Gibbs and I'll listen. I want to know what happen this time" Vance said. "O-okay" Ziva said nervously. Tony grabbed her hand and intertwined their fingers. "So..I've find a place for Avery.." "Where" Gibbs asked. "With..with me and Tony. We have already fill in all papers. I love Tony and Avery so much, and I really want a child after our died" she said low. "Yes, Ziva was pregnant but the baby didn't make it. Someone of us will quit work if you two don't accept we are together. I love Ziva, and I want to have a family with her and Avery. We have already decided and we told Avery earlier this morning." "You told me you would have figured something out!" "Gibbs come down!" Vance said loud. "I've figured something out. I didn't promis you anything that I wouldn't adopt her!" "We want an answer now if someone of us will need to quit" Tony said. Gibbs sat and starred at them without saying anything. "You both are two good damn agents. It would be a shame to loose someone of you two. I know you have your rules, Gibbs, but we knew it would happen some day. You can't do anything to make them stop loving each other but you have a choice if you want to loose someone of them." "Thanks Leon" Tony said and smiled at Ziva. "Okay, I'll allow it but I want to talk to you Tony, alone." "Thank you Gibbs." She walked over to him and embraced he a hug. Then she walked back to Tony and sat down. "How will you do with Avery?" Vance asked. "We, I thought maybe we could bring her with us sometimes and then I'll maybe work a bit less. At least until we have found someone to babysit her while we are working." Ziva said. "Is it ok?" Tony filled in. "Sure, it can work I guess.." Gibbs said. "We wonder if you would want to help us move this weekend" Tony asked with a smile. "Only if Ziva cook dinner after." Gibbs said and laughed. "I can do that" she responded with a smile. "I'll go down now. Thank you both." Ziva said and stood up. Tony pulled her into a kiss then she walked down to the squad room. "Ima!" Avery shouted and jumped down from the chair. "Hey" Ziva said and lifted her up. "So how did it go?" McGee asked. "He said yes to it." Ziva said with a smile and swung Avery around. "Do you and Abby want to help us move? I'll cook dinenr after. It was Gibbs deal." She laughed and put Avery down. "Sure, we don't have any other plans." "Thanks Tim, for everything."

Vance office

"You do love her?" Gibbs asked. "Yes Gibbs, really much. She is my Shannon. I love her more than anything on this world." "She is my little girl and I don't want to see her heart broken." "I'd never do anything to hurt her." "If it happens I'll kill you, is that clear?" "Yes, Gibbs." "Take care of my girl." "I promis Gibbs. I love her." Tony stood up and walked to the door. He opened it and walked down stairs. He sneaked up behind Ziva and wrapped his arms around her. "Hey" he said and kissed her cheek. "What did Gibbs say?" "Father talk. Shall we go home and start pack?" "Yeah. Bye Tim." "Come on sweetie." Tony said and picked Avery up.
