Ziva had tears rolling down on her cheeks. She stood up and walked over to Avery. Avery turns around and hugged her. She started to cry harder. "Daddy?" "No sweetie." Ziva pulled her over to her lap and hugged her. "Don't cry baby." Avery looked up at her with tears in her eyes. "I miss them Ziva." "I know, I know... But they are with you, in there." Ziva says and put her hand on Avery's chest. "Forever?" "Forever" she says and wipes away her tears. Avery hugged Ziva once again and rested her head on her chest.

NCIS, parking lot
McGee tried to stand up and walk but he couldn't. Blood ran down from his leg. "Help, someone?" "McGee?" Gibbs ran up to him. "We need to get you..." "Gibbs it was" "Not now McGee, we need to get you to a hostpital." Gibbs took up his phone and called an ambulance. The ambulance came fast and took McGee to the hostpital. Gibbs drived to the hostpital in his own car. "Timothy McGee?" "Who are you?" "Special agent Gibbs." "You can't see him right now. They are trying to get the bullet out of his leg. You can wait there." "Can you get me when I can see him?" "Yes." "Thank you." Gibbs walk away and sits down on a chair. He texted Abby and she came immediately. "Will he survive?" she cried onto his chest. "He only got shoot in his leg. He will survive Abs." He pulled away from the hug and sat her down in a chair next to himself. After a long time of waiting a doctor finally came. "Mr. Gibbs?" "Yes." "You can come with me." Gibbs and Abby followed the doctor to McGee's room. "Thanks doc." McGee laid on the hospital bed. "How are you feeling Tim?" Abby asks and hugs him gently. "My leg hurt but I'm fine. I need to talk to you boss." "It can wait. You need to rest." "No it can't wait. They took Tony! Ray took Tony." "Ray Cruz?" "Yes Ray Cruz." "It was he who shoot you." "Yes we must find him. He have both Ziva and Tony... When can I leave?" "You are not going anywhere until the doctors say so." "Tony and Ziva have been kidnapped and we are in the middle of a case. You can't do it alone, you need me Gibbs. I'll not stay here and doing nothing!" "Fine...but if the doctors says no, it's no. Deal?" "Yes deal." Gibbs came back with a doctor. "Mr Gibbs here told me you wanted to leave." "Yes doctor. Is that possible?" "You have just got shoot in teh leg. It's not smart to leave the hospital already. But I'll talk to my colleagues and then we will see." He comes back 10 minutes later. "Okay so you can leave on two conditions. First you have to stay in a wheelchair and two you need someone who stay with you if something would happen." "How long do I've to be in a wheelchair?" "5-7 days then you have to come back here and we will see how you are feeling. I'll get you a wheelchair to you." "Abby can you stay with him?" "Of course Gibbs." Gibbs and doctor Survoy helped him in the wheelchair then they left. Gibbs drived Abby and McGee home then he drived to ncis.
