Tony drove home with Ziva and Avery. He opened the door and let them in. "Your hungry sweet cheeks?" "Yes a little" Ziva answered. "You want me to cook something?" "What about.." she said as she walked towards to him. "What about?" He asked and patted her cheek. "DiNozzo special?" She said with a smile and bite her bottom lip. "You know I can't say no to that pretty face" he said and kissed her. "I'll be back soon. I need to buy pasta." He said when he pulled apart. "Hurry" she giggled. Tony grabbed his caar keys and walked out. Ziva stood at the window and watched him drive away. Avery walked downstairs. "Where's daddy?" "He drove to the store. He will cook dinner when he comes back." Avery smiled. "What do you want to do?" Ziva asked as she walked to her. "Watch a movie" She said happy. Ziva picked her up. She swung her around and Avery laughed. She let her down on the couch and she smiled at her little girl. She is crazy in movies just like Tony, and he is not her real dad, she thought. "Sure what movie?" "I want to see Rio now and Rio 2 when we have eat." She said with puppy eyes. Ziva put Rio up on tv and sat down next to Avery. Ziva wrapped her arms around Avery and she giggled. Ziva heard a car pull up by the house 20 minutes later. Then the door opened. Tony walked past the living room, into the kitchen. "What movie?" He asked. "Rio" Ziva said and stood up. She walked in to the kitchen, and saw Tony hiding something behind his back. "What do you have there?" She asked, smiling. "Nothing" he answered. "Come on" she whined. "You will see later. Go out and watch Rio while I cook dinner." "Fine.. but you know she want to see Rio 2 later.." Ziva said and walked back to Avery. Tony walked to the doorway to see if she had left. Then he walked to the freezer and put Ziva's favorite ice cream in, Ben & Jerry's. After he started to cook DiNozzo special. Around 30 minutes later he is done and yelled at them. Ziva and Avery walked out to the kitchen and they ate. When they were done eating, Tony took Ben & Jerry's out of the freezer. "Anyone want ice cream?" He asked with a smile. "Avery screamed "yes!" Ziva turned around and saw her favorite ice cream and smiled. "You want some, sweet cheek?" "You know my favorite" she answered. Tony went to the table and put the ice cream down. "Of course I know you favorite." She smiled and grabbed his t-shirt to pull him down to a kiss. They ate some ice cream. Then Avery watched Rio done while Ziva helped Tony with the dish. He put the plates in a cupboard as Ziva wrapped her arms around his waist. "Sweet cheeks." He turned around, facing her. "You are best" she giggled. "I should buy ice cream more often." He said and kissed her. She snaked her arms around his neck and ksised him back. She pulled back as he pulled her back in for another kiss. "Tony" she mumbled against his lips. "I just missed the taste of your lips so much" he said and stroked her cheek. She giggled. Then they walked out to Avery. Rio ended so Tony put Rio 2 up. The movie staretd and he sat down next to Ziva. She snuggled up close and he wrapped his arms around her. He kissed her tempel then watched Rio 2. 1,5 hour later the movie ended. Ziva had fallen asleep in his arms. Avery was awake and happy. She loved the movie. Tony rubbed her back and she slowly woke up. "Hi" he said smiling. "You missed the movie ima! It was so good. Can we watch it again?" "Not today princess." Tony said as Ziva sat up and yawned. Avery sighed but kept singing the last song from Rio. "Whats the clock?" Ziva asked. "Uh... 8:21pm" he answered. "Time for bed princess" he said. Avery sighed. "I'm not tired" she said. "Mommy will read a book?" He said. "Okay I'm going to bed." Avery jumped down from the couch and walked upstairs, singing. Ziva smiled. "Why did I've to read?" She asked him. "Because I know she wanted that" he said kissing her. They both pulled back and walked upstairs. Ziva walked into Avery's room and Tony to the bathroom. Avery laid already in her bed with a book in her hands. Ziva read two parts before Avery fell asleep. She closed the book and kissed her forehead. Then she turned the light off and walked out. She walked in to the bedroom and slipped her clothes of off, everything except her panties. She took one of Tony's t-shirts and slipped it on. Then she crawled over to tony in the bed. He kissed her cheek, as he wrapped one arm around her. She rested her head on his chest. "We have to buy somethin to Avery. She is turning 4 in two days." She said after a long time. "We can leave her to Abby and McGee or Ellie tomorrw." Tony said. "Yeah I can ask Ellie. I think Abby and Tim are busy with the new case." "Yeah probably.." "I'll text Ellie tomorrow and see if she can have her. I've already talked to everyone and they will be here on Thursday, 13pm." "Great. So we leave her at Ellie, hopefully, then we drive to the mall and buy birthday presents to her." "Yes that sounds great" she said and kissed him as their door opened. Avery walked in, crying. "Sweetie, whats wrong?" Ziva asked as she left the bed and walked towards to her. She picked her up and walked back to their bed. "I had a nightmare.." Avery cried. Ziva wiped away her tears and calmed her down. "Can I sleep in here?" She asked with puppy eyes. "Of course princess" Tony said. Ziva and Avery crawled under the covers. Avery laid between Ziva and Tony. Tony pulled Ziva into a kiss before she laid down. "Good night sweet cheeks" he said. "Good night princess" he said ans stoked her hair as he laid down on a pillow. Ziva turned the light off then laid down aswell. "Good night" she said as Avery hugged up to her. Then they fell asleep.
