Second chance: Part 61

Next morning Tony woke up next to Ziva. He sat up gently to not wake them up. He kissed Ziva's forehead and went up. He went out to the kitchen to do breakfast. He took out all ingredient and started to do pancakes. Around 40 minutes later all pancakes are done and he walked into the bedroom to wake them up. "Ziva wake up." He poke her one time and she flew up. "Tony!" "Morning sweet cheeks." "What was that for." "Breakfast is ready." "Oh." He leaned in and kissed her. "Avery wake up, breakfast ready." Ziva said. "Mmm some minutes more." She responded tired. "I made pancakes." "Pancakes" she said and flew up. Tony and Ziva laughed. They all went out to the kitchen and ate. Tony took away the dish while Ziva took a shower. Ziva went out from the shower with a towel wrapped around herself. She walked past Tony and Avery in the living room into the bedroom. Tony came seconds later. He closed the door and went over to her. "Hey beautiful" he said and wrapped his arms around her. She giggled and smiled. He moved her hair to one side and started to kiss her wet neck. "Tony..." "Yeah." "Avery can walk in any second." "She is playing with her toys" he said and continue to kiss her neck down to her collarbone. She turned around and smiled. She snaked her arms around his neck and kissed him. He kissed her back then she pulled apart. "I need to get dressed, Tony." He let go of her and sat down on the bed. "Walk out, I'll be there in a minute" she said and pulled him up. Tony whined as he walked out from the bedroom. Ziva changed clothes to a yellow blouse and some green pants. Then she dried her hair with the towel and then went out to Avery and Tony. "Ziva" Avery said happy and hugged her legs. "Hi sweetheart." She picked her up and went over to the couch. She sat her down betweeen her and Tony. "Avery, me and Tony have something to tell you." "Yea what is it?" "You know I promised you I.." "You will leave me?" She said and smiled faded away. "Avery no, no not at all." "She promised you she would take care of you right." Avery nodded. " She won't take care of you alone." "We want to adopt you, Avery." Avery got a big smile on her face. She pulled them both closer and hugged them. "I love you ima, daddy." "i love you too sweetie." Avery smiled and hugged Ziva once again. "And I love my girls." Ziva pulled away from the hug and kissed Tony. "We should drive to ncis now. We need to talk to Gibbs and probably Vance too." Ziva said and sighed. "Yeah lets go." "Where are we going?" Avery asked and followed Ziva and Tony to the door. "Ncis" Tony said and tousled her hair. Avery looked annoyed at him after. "It's ok to beat him" Ziva whispered and laughed a bit. Avery nodded. They drove to ncis. Ziva parked the car and they went to the building. They went into the elevator and Avery pushed at the button. Seconds later they heard a ding and the door opened. They walked out and walked into the squad room.
